Walking into the dealership, I didn't really know what I wanted, but Alan was super chill and super helpful right from the start. I couldn’t have better things to say about the crew at Herb Chambers of Danvers. I specifically worked with Travis, Jason & Lucas during the buying process and Will during closing. This was my first time leasing and they made what is often a stressful experience completely seamless.

Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, transparent, knowledgable, patient and understanding. I never once felt rushed or pressured to move quickly or increase my budget.

Travis (GM) treated me like more than just a customer, going out of his way to make conversation, ask about upcoming trips I had mentioned during a previous visit, and always offering snacks/water. Jason (Sales/Leasing Consultant) was extremely knowledgeable and patient during my numerous test drives and very communicative from start to finish. He is thorough and made sure I had everything I needed at all times - he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lucas (Sales GM) was responsive and flexible to all of my needs and didn’t complain once about the dozens of quotes I requested. He ultimately found the car I ended up leasing in their inventory (a custom order another customer didn’t end up wanting) and I was thrilled. Finally, Will (Business/Finance Manager) made the paperwork part of this process seamless, while still explaining each component to me so I knew what to expect.

Exceptional service is the norm here. The service advisor Kyle is always friendly, accommodating, and trustworthy. In my opinion, great customer service, an honest service advisor, and knowledgable technicians will lead to long term, repeat business. I brought my car in due to a light issue. I also needed an inspection sticker and an oil change.
Kyle was the person I worked with throughout the entire process, and he was extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his willingness to answer all of my questions and ensure that I understood his answers. He was incredibly patient and respectful.
If I have any car issues in the future, Kyle will be the first person I call! If any of my friends have car issues in the future, I will recommend that they speak with Kyle. He has superior customer service skills and gives me confidence that the job will get done efficiently and correctly!
