Car-Mart of Fayetteville

This is my 6th vehicle that I have purchased from America’s Car-Mart in Fayetteville from the same lot location on MLK !!! 😁 I worked for this Company on and off through my 18 years of living out here in NWA after relocating from Phoenix, Az. And I must say Brad Wilson, GM was the Exception in working for and with him at Car-Mart to buying my 6 vehicles from him. If you desire The Very Best Of Everything you must go see them for your next vehicle !!! I recommend them wholeheartedly and 100% in every way, shape, and form.
Sales associates I really want to mention are Ian and Sam. Also Assistant Manager In Training, Jeffrey. Plus driver-Fred !!!

What can I say that these positive reviews haven't already? Ian, Sam and Katelyn were so quick, efficient, and friendly with helpful advice, friendly words, and a positive atmosphere. We went in looking for a great deal and a new car and we walked out with all of that and a quick easy experience! We have a brand new vehicle and didn't even come close to breaking the bank! I have had an amazing experience with Jeannette and Nikki! They are always understanding and work with me they are basically the only people I look for when coming in😂! I recently had a baby and they were able to help with payments and things like that so I didn't lose my car!! They are all very welcoming and I appreciate this carmart and Nikki, Jeannette, Ian, Stacy and a few others but I never catch their names! Very thankful for all of you!

I know a lot of ppl sat they are scanners. I have dealt with them for years and they are always willing to help ad long ad you don't ignore them.
My van was totalled out and even before the insurance company sent then the paper work they got me into another car and thanks to their coverage they offer I didn't owe anything else on the van.
I love talking with them. They are very understanding and caring. They remember their customers and care about what happens in our lives.

Melinda L. Was very helpful and made my experience relaxing and fun. Logan was my sales person and was very helpful and courteous. No high pressure to buy , they did work with me to find my monthly payments and kept it within my range. Great staff and great cars & trucks. This was my first time buying from Car Mart and everyone was very helpful, they didn’t try to trick me and make me buy something that wasn’t worth buying. Sam was extremely helpful, especially answering questions over the phone before I visited in person. Kaitlyn was great on helping with paperwork and the test drive. Stacy made closing quick and easy.

Return customer to Car-Mart. Checked out the inventory and filled out the pre-application online. Decided to wait a few weeks. Brandon would call about once a week. No pressure calls. Just checking in on me to see if I was still looking. I finally decided to walk in. Checked a few cars out. Narrowed it down to two. Hardest part was choosing which one that I wanted! Then found the diamond of a Cadillac with low miles at a great price! Signed papers and drove off. Overall amazing experience! Some advice for buyers: Go in knowing what you want. Be realistic about you can afford and what you have to offer up front. Drive off happy!

Sam was absolutely WONDERFUL at MLK location.. I couldn’t find not 1 car I liked, and somehow he managed to get me into one, I LOVED. He is so so wonderful, don’t think I would have my car without him. THANK YOU SAM!!❤

Nathan was a great help and great to be around. Very friendly staff and they get you in and out as quick as possible while making you feel welcome the whole time. They have great vehicle options right now as well.

I was in a very unexpected hard spot when I came into the Carmart on MLK. My SUV kept going out on me, but being a 2006 and 195k miles that is expected but was out of the blue for me so I wasn't completely unprepared. The customer service the whole time was outstanding, they were patient while I felt like everything was going wrong on my end. I had to call my job to get a URL for the checkstub, which I also had to call my work IT as my account was locked for it, Issues with my phone, couldn't find my title, everything was nuts. They went out of their way when I know other places wouldn't. 5/5 stars all the way.
Not to mention when I went in to pick up my car there was a customer who was getting her 14th vehicle from them, said this was the only place she goes.Talk about loyal customers. Now they have another.
