Cornerstone Pharmacy of Bella Vista

Switched to this pharmacy after too many bad experiences using the Walgreens in Bella Vista. Noticed a HUGE difference just from trying to get my prescriptions switched over. From the beginning, they were EXTREMELY COMMUNICATIVE with me! They made sure to give me updates on the expected time of my prescriptions, explained things very thoroughly, and confirmed with me when my prescriptions were ready. I picked up my prescriptions for the first time today. Had prescriptions in hand within 2 minutes of pulling into the parking lot. Super fast and wonderful staff. I am very happy I chose Cornerstone.

Cornerstone Pharmacy and the Staff are not only FUNtastic but reliable to meet all of our prescriptions that our family needs. They treat you like family, they care. I highly recommend this Pharmacy to everyone. Their drive thru is fast, and easy, convenient for everyone.

Our prescription drug insurance has CVS as a preferred provider.. Despite repeated horrible experiences, we continued to use them. My doctor accidentally sent my most recent prescription to Cornerstone. Absolute night and day difference. Prompt service, friendly people, convenient hours, and competitive prices - - - all the things CVS does not offer. The person who helped me at the counter found the best price for me, saving me $16 Plus I received a text telling me the prescription was ready. If you're tired of lousy service from the national chains, give these folks a try.

Cornerstone is absolutely the best place ! I switched to them from another place with long lines and long drive pickups. Love this place. Employees are fabulous.

Special shout-out and thank you to Pharmacist Nick and the very friendly ladies that helped get my prescription filled today. I called 20+ pharmacies in the area trying to get a rx filled that is on backorder and Nick was the only one able to find a solution for the medication I need and took the time to answer all my questions. This is hands down, the absolute best pharmacy I have ever used. I am getting all my prescriptions filled here going forward. Bye bye Walgreens. 👋

My family and I have used this pharmacy since its been open and love the staff and their honesty and education they out forth into making sure their patients are healthy and get their meds in a timely manner and at the best cost.

This is no Walmart. They are usually quick and you can actually have a one on one experience. I'd rather have it mailed than go most places. Cornerstone still has that 1980ies feel and connection.

Very knowledgeable and very helpful people. Jim is my “go to guy” for any questions I have about medications. Cornerstone is my first choice for a local pharmacy. Jim stayed open a little while after closing to fill my prescription this evening. It was a big help!

Have been dealing with cornerstone for about 10 years, the people in there kind and thoughtful. Jim has always gone above and beyond to help me whenever he can. I recommend cornerstone anytime anyone asks if I know of a good pharmacy.

So very helpful. When one of our medications was not covered by insurance and cost over 600.00 the pharmacist let us know he could compound the same formula with a doctor's order. Had our Doctor call it in and it is now only 40.00 per month. Now that's what I call grade A service. Most helpful pharmacy with which I have ever had the pleasure of doing business.

Excellent customer service, friendly, recently helped me with needed meds for a family member in hospice, they where fast and reliable, my new favorite pharmacy!

Best place in Northwest Arkansas for anything needed compounding. Pharmacist Jim and owner Jim and professional and caring at the same time. Hours are a little inconvenient, but if you are retired, who cares. They also do deliveries for home bound patients which is nice for my elderly parents and takes the workload off me of having to constantly go and pick up their meds.

I have chosen to spend my hard-earned money at this pharmacy for the last 5 years.
I have been in Healthcare for the last 20 years(Allergy/Asthma/Immunology/Nurse).
The customer service is hands down, ten-fold, far superior, to any "big box, chain retailer(s).
Unfortunately the average person has grown accustomed to multiple hours of wait time, wrong prescriptions being filled, and discontent associated with these "Mega-Mart" Pharmacies. Not this fellow! No more!
Example: While sitting in backed up traffic on N49, I called Cornerstone to request a refill, spoke to an ACTUAL PERSON and asked if my prescription could be delivered today. It was about 3pm. The courteous team member stated,"we will try!"
Fast forward about 10 miles and approximately 45 minutes my doorbell rang with a friendly face greeting me with my prescription.
This is customer service at its finest.
The staff is always consistent, always efficient, always respectful, always happy, always well informed, and ALWAYS go above and beyond any other Pharmacies!
I have recommended them to all my patients for the above reasons. This is what the "big-box" Pharmacies will never be able to mirror.
I work for a local company and choose to spend my money with a local company.
In my professional and personal opinion, so should all my neighbors!
.....AND.....GUESS WHAT, my fellow Bella Vistans, it's so much more affordable than the "Mega-Mart" Pseudo-Pharmacies!

My husband and I begin using this pharmacy out of convenience, but now I feel like we would go to them even if they were 20 minutes away. They are always so kind and helpful - thank you for bringing customer service back!

Excellent staff and pharmacy. They go out of their way to make you feel taken care if and if you have any problems, they settle it right then and there. The very best pharmacy around!
