Peg Leg Inn at Front Beach

Adorable oceanside hotel. The rooms are decorated so nice. We stayed in room 5, two double beds, clean, spacious, big bathroom and best price in comparison to surrounding hotels. Watching the sunrise from the deck was beautiful! Gary was an absolute pleasure to deal with. All around amazing, definitely my new spot to stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Peg Leg Inn over Memorial Day weekend. We found the rooms to be lovely and clean. We had an excellent view of the ocean. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good. One of the best features was, they have their own parking lot. We parked our car and was able to walk into town. We plan on going back in the future. We highly recommend this Inn to anyone looking for a clean, friendly place to stay at reasonable rates.

The room was beautiful and comfortable and the service was excellent. It was right across from the beach and an easy walk to everything. The deck and the park next door were also awesome. I did not want to leave. We hope to make this a yearly vacation plan.

We decided to come to Rockport for the day and loved it so much we wanted to stay the night! We tried a lot of hotels and inn's but everything was booked, then we stumbled upon the Peg Leg Inn. It's in a great location and literally steps from front beach and walking distance from the shops downtown on Bearskin neck. The staff was very accomodating but one of the most charming aspects is the story of Peg Leg himself. There is a statue of him which still sits atop the entrance to the inn, looking out to sea as he waits for his long lost love to return from her voyage. Unfortunately by now it seems she may never return, but ole Peg Legs love for her is too strong to give up looking for his beloved sea maiden. So there he will stay until she returns, atop the Peg Peg inn keeping a watchful eye on his patrons while keeping the other out at sea.

THE breakfast spot for pre-scuba fuel at Front Beach. Awesome everything and specials too. Lunch is likely comparable but I can't speak to it. Small and cozy

The Inn Keeper is very gracious. The views are breathtaking from the balcony and our room was clean and very quaint . Will most definitely return.
