The Ice Cream Store

This was soooo good! We were staying nearby in town & this was next to us! I picked a coffee flavor and it was delicious. It seemed a bit pricey (mine was just under $10 for a single scoop waffle cone, which surprised me when he said the total) but I’m sure that’s due to the location and popularity? Hope to be back to try more flavors!

This is such a cute little ice cream shop! They have a good mix of classic flavors and fun/exciting new flavors. I ended up going with the classic small moose tracks in a cup with a cone and it was delicious. I also got to try their PB truffle ice cream. Had I been in the mood for chocolate ice cream being the base for that flavor, I would have totally gotten it. Also, their two staff workers were friendly and helpful and they had some seating inside and outside after you order. Definitely would recommend!

Superb ice cream! I got Mocha Chip in a waffle cone, and I'd definitely get it again. The line can get pretty long but the staff were very nice. Their single scoop is actually two scoops, so make sure you want a lot of ice cream if you order the double scoop!

We visited The Ice Cream Store twice while vacationing in Rockport. The ice cream here is very good with a good selection of flavors and the girls working behind the counter (different ones each time) were all very friendly and nice. It's a cute little shack right on the water that offers very limited seating. We were lucky both times, it wasn't busy and we were able to get a table (there are only a few small tables) right at the window so we could see the beautiful view of the water and a bunch of ducks right on the beach.

One of the best ice cream places I have ever been to. Great taste, reasonable price with huge portions and the location / authentic views are unbeatable.

Fantastic little ice cream shop. There's very little room to sit, and on a rainy day that might be an issue for you. But when the weather is sublime, so is walking around with a cone.

The ice cream itself is very good, and I'd be remiss if I didn't direct you towards the Purple Cow. I have not yet tried the other options, but I am sure they are good as well.

Cute inviting ice cream store. When my husband and I went, there was a pleasant young man working and he gave us all of his attention. The ice cream was delicious, we got black raspberry and chocolate peanut butter truffle!

DELICIOUS ICE-CREAM! Friendly staff, too. Lots of delicious options and FREE sprinkles on any ice-cream order. There was also a mystery flavor of the day. Great little store.

Best ice cream on the neck! The staff is always so friendly and the ice cream is amazing! I am from the midwest and always stop in for a little dessert anytime I come to Rockport!

Yummy ice cream and friendly staff with a beautiful view of Rockport harbor from the little tables in back. I've been coming here for like 40 years! - how has it not changed? :)
