Huge selections to browse on three floors, there’s something around every corner and you could spend hours browsing here

Bobby came and introduced himself to me and asked if it was my first time there and it was ok to take pictures and to feel free to take pics and ask any questions you might have. Bought a lovely tea cup and saucer, will definitely visit again.

This place is way bigger on the inside than it looks. The main floor, a large upstairs and the basement holds lots of stuff. Each room was packed full but was everything was neat, clean and well marked. Great selection of antiques and Americana with very little "1970s" antiques... except the disco ball.

The two men who own this place are DELIGHTFUL!! They are both so personable and knowledgeable! We bought a piece from them and Bob explained what he knew if its history and where it came from. This was our 2nd visit and it won't be our last! There is such a variety of inventory you have to just go see for yourself. They probably have what your looking for! And if they don't I bet they'd have ideas on where to find.
Stop in just to look, it's a fun way to spend a bit of time.

A lovely fall day spent with my sister shopping the places we shopped when Mom was still with us, brought us to Saltmarsh Antiques. A fave that I hadn’t been to since 2017/18(?) when mom lived in Newbury. The owner was so kind to let me know I could park in an area I thought was a private area, we walked the entire 3 floors, found lots of wanna-haves, had a few giggles and memories, enjoyed the music and huge array of “finds”. I found an old Thermometer priced a bit higher than my budget and the amazing owner made it happen for me. We had some belly laughs with him and the team and he treated us to view a magical space he created by planting this beautiful tree years ago. Truly a wonderful shop with items for any one interested in finding something special. Saltmarsh Antiques was the perfect ending to our sister outing. Thanks guys!

They have a lot of great stuff. Bring your wallet, things are a little pricey

Very clean and well maintained array of interesting antiques. I found a signed 1980s US Mens Olympic hockey team picture in their basement for a steal of a price. Had it authenticated and couldn't be happier with the find!

These guys are so kind. Went out of their way to find a fireplace screen. Still can't find one but won't give up the hunt!

Visit whenever I'm in Massachusetts for a weekend. Fantastic place to wander around and browse and always something tempting to buy. The owners are so friendly and long may they continue to make everyone that visits happy and entranced...

Fantastic place! Been going here for years and years. Everyone is so nice and you have the opportunity to see and buy genuine antiques not wanna-be-antiques. The staff is very helpful and you can handle items so that you can learn what is genuinely old and what is not. Prices are fair and negotiable. I think the "no handbag" policy is great. I know I won't accidentally knock over anything and I'm hands-free to to inspect the merchandise. I wish every antique store was as good as this one!

This was such an incredible experience! I was directed to Salt Marsh Antiques by an over seas trade consultant I had found and called on a whim. I was looking for original antiques/sculptures for an artist I did not want to disappoint. Bob and his staff were so amazing and helpful! I ended up leaving with something around the same style as what I was looking for but far more elegant. With over 30 dealers they work with and over 30 years in business I couldn't imagine you leaving there without something phenomenal!
I honestly think the best part of my experience was just how friendly all the staff were. After taking the hour drive they all made it worth it!!

Wonderful, friendly, expansive store that we've been enjoying for years....(I have lost count of the objects in my home that come from this one store, from charming smalls to quality furniture). East time we visit, we feel welcomed, and I feel it's one of my key "happy places" on the North Shore.

Such a hidden treasure of a shop. So happy to find it in my travels, it was literally magical. Three jam packed floors of treasures and trinkets. Helpful kind informative sellers. Great atmosphere. Could have spent all day there (and all my money if I didn't push myself out!)

Hands down best antique store on the north shore. Huge inventory of amazing antiques of very high quality. Always love wandering the back corners of the shop to find something special. If you’re ever on the north shore be sure to swing by salt marsh antiques. Well worth a visit.

I absolutely love wandering around shopping here. There are so many treasures and I’ve found some one of a kind gifts here! The owners are so kind and knowledgeable and would do anything to help you. It’s so much bigger than you’d think from the outside and I’m always surprised at the huge selection!
