CVS

because of my wife's illness I am there weekly to fill medications & I earn cvs bucks & buy many different items their for her. I rate the Pharmacy staff top rate- always calling me Mr V. & always asking about her. The young man name Doug part of staff is very friendly & very, very helpful. The staff out front are as equally as helpful.

Not sure if this pharmacy is any better than the one in Ipswich. The technicians here are usually decently nice but overall super unprofessional especially yesterday. I gave my feedback when CVS sent me a email to give feedback on my visit. So I did and I got a long novel email from the Pharmacist Stephanie who claimed she "didn't see me standing there" waiting to be helped to pick up my script. Hunny you looked right at me! I could see your face as you were full on loudly venting about your personal problems to the poor girl at the register who clearly was not wanting to hear about it. Everyone is dealing with something keep it out of the workplace.

Really hard to get a human on the phone. Through many steps and about 3 minutes they disconnected me.

Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible attitude, no sense of prioritization or urgency. Absolutely need more employees but are actively betting people will just wait in long lines.

Waited 20 minutes bleeding only to be told to wait another 40.

The worst CVS. The pharmacy is always slow, has a line and half the time they are not open. They take lunch everyday 130-2 and they have reduced the hours so much. They close @7pm m-f and Sat /sun at 5pm. The store is a mess and there is never any cashier's anywhere. The staff at the pharmacy are not friendly at all. It's like being in the line at the DMV.

I'm talking my business elsewhere.

This store is awful. The pharmacist that was working today was rude when I was picking up. When I paid for the prescription and went back to ask if I could pay for a drink there and she was rude and just said no with an attitude.
Poor customer service.

My Dr. Sent a prescription to this CVS in Rowley, MA at 1:52 on Tuesday afternoon, I attempted pick it up on Wednesday at about 11:00 a.m.
It was not ready, but if I could return in about 30 minutes, they could do it....amazing!!
