Dedra is AMAZING!!! Best staff to employ any phone store I’ve ever been to. I can’t say enough about her. She’s knowledgeable on almost any phone i had questions about, and is so patient! I suggest anyone with metro questions go see her! What a nice person to deal with in a world full of not so nice people!

This is my favorite metro pcs to shop at. They are very straight forward and helpful. I have been a metro PC's customer for a lot of years and have had many issues at other locations but this place has always taken good care of me and has the best prices on phones.

Bri Lopez Im sorry you experience a bad service but policy's procedure state that to cancel a line the person that has the name on the account has to come in with there ID. Just because if anyone just walks in and tells us i want to cancel a phone number and we do it then you come in and say you didn't give anyone permission to access your account then we will get in trouble so once again i apologize for any inconvenience.
