Almost always packed but they are an amazing grocer. Best priced fruit for freshness, the baked goods are amazing and the dinner counter, pizza, and sushi are always on point. Dude with the one Grey eye has amazing customer service. Half chicken dinner is an amazing deal on a budget! Lots of fresh options. Better than publix.

Awesome market! Good prices and the grill area offers quite a bit of variety for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They also have pre made meals you can take home. The pizza is one of the best in the city. (You can't beat the grill prices: $2.99 for a made to order cheeseburger and fries meal)

Great prices and they carry items that you can only find there good for them.

I love Market Basket. Sometimes it's a bit too crowded but even then I don't wait at checkout very long. Their prices are great and so are their products.

Prices are cheaper, the New Bedford store is always a madhouse, Very busy! If yo like thick crust pizza, it's really good, and you get a large 8 slice pizza for $10.99, great value.

This store has anything you could possibly need! They sell so much food that the expiration date is much longer than any other chain. Only really over crowded..

Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection and good prices. The Cafe area is underrated and very much worth trying out. You can also order food such a pizza by calling ahead so it's ready when you arrive.

I was shopping for a boat with a crew of 7 and normally spend about 5k a month .I have been doing this for 27 years and honestly I think this was the best grocery store I have been to . Shelves stocked,fresh produce,seafood selection,cleanliness.And when I told them I was shopping for a boat they knew what they were doing. As I brought each cart, they unloaded and rang up and boxed, so I only had my last cart to wait for .I hope it's like this all the time cause I will be back.

Thank God for market basket prices are good, Stop and Shop prices are insane and the stores have gotten run down just like Shaws did before they went under, Seabra market is just nasty and dirty.!!!!!!

90% of the time you find exactly what your looking for. Just kind of difficult to navigate around employees who are stocking shelves and all the customers.

I love Market Basket!!! I consistently get a ton of stuff for $100. Wide variety of produce, plus a lot of things that are hard to find elsewhere like Kimchi and Tamarind and dairy free yogurt.

I also like recycling cans for a buck off at the start before I do my shopping. This is a great service to the public and for the environment.

There are so many things I like about the New Bedford Market Basket: their products are always good, pricing is the best in the area, prices are the same for everybody (no gimmicks: no customer card, no store paper or electronic coupons), they hire lots of people who seem to know where everything is, and are willing to help with a smile, they have great sea-salt mini ciabattas (my favorite bread!), they held the pricing on basics when prices were going nuts elsewhere, the parking lot seems to be well supervised, and the carriages are plentiful. Anyway, keep doing the good job you’ve done up to now. Thank you.
