Kokeshi

If you're looking for an amazing Ramen shop in the Salem area, this would be my first recommendation. My usual would be the Colonel Sanders, which I get almost any time that I go. If you're going in the summer, there is also outdoor seating available.

Awesome little fusion restaurant with half Asian (ramen and plates) and the other wood-fire-cooked pizza.

All around good food, staff, and the location was nice too. It was fun to even hear the cool sing now and then as he was preparing food.

I got the pepperoni and pepper pizza which I definitely recommend but a warning that it is a bit spicy.

Love it while visiting Salem from Florida with the family we encountered this fusion of wood fire pizza and Korean Ramen oh lord we all had something different I had the pasta 🍝 good lord it was great we had a chicken wings and the dumplings To die for. We also ordered a Ramen noodle with pork belly galore. Amazing flavors. Also try the margarita. Pizza Awesome the Service Lakia although she was new was excellent The ambience and surroundings were great. I truly recommend this place by the way, the portions are very large. 😆

Dude, bro. This ramen was AMAZING! I had the spicy white kimchi & it was perfection. The creamy broth had the most flavor. The spice was flavorful but not overwhelming. 20/10, highly recommend.

So glad I stopped here for dinner. The ramen was fantastic and it came out of the kitchen in about 3 minutes. The white kimchi ramen was so flavorful and fresh and a perfect portion size. The key lime pie dessert special was also fantastic. Highly recommend.

This has been added as one of our regular go-to’s. This place doesn’t try to be fancy, but they deliver quality food. We love how friendly and collaborative the staff are. We celebrated a birthday here and the whole party enjoyed themselves.

Back again baby me and my sister made a review before but WE ARE BACK no sister just me mama and brother. The food is amazing, this is an absolutely necessary spot 😁😁❤❤❤

Who knew I’d find the best ramen in Salem. Not me!! From AZ and there’s so many where we live, but that spicy kimchi one was so flipping good. I’ll miss you Kokeshi!

Not a negative knock at all: I would just turn down the music a little- especially when it’s not too busy. I couldn’t hear my in-laws sitting right next to me.

this place is great in every way; staff is friendly and food is great. a bit pricey but nothing you wouldn’t expect in 2024

I had the sanders noodles twice and it is very filling and tasty. I would say its one of the best bowls of ramen ive ever had. My vegan boyfriend got the veggie ramen and his was delicious too. They also have a sake (or soju I can't remember) cocktail that changes based on what time of year it is. Highly recommend this place :)

Did take out, amazing friendly service greater us as we came to pick it up. Ready in under 10 minutes, lots of extras and delicious food. We will come again ext time in Salem!

Hands down the best fresh Ramen bowls in town, even though their location has temporarily been relocated to their sister restaurant down the street (Bambolina) it was still just as delicious as I would imagine their home location would taste! I've had some really outstanding ramen from different locations around the Boston area and Kokeshi's is on par, fresh, flavorful...and did I mention their pickled veggies and cucumbers are just out of this world. I'll let the picture do the talking

Delicious ramen! Casual dining with great atmosphere. Great for date nights! Also dog friendly! So seeing the pups outside is always a nice view!

Love this place! The restaurant has ramen and pizza. My fiancé absolutely loved her pizza and beer, and the ramen was phenomenal as well. Possibly the best pork belly I’ve ever had! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Holy moly. This is incredible. Ordered the spicy whit kimchi ramen. It is amazingly flavorful. Wait staff was helpful kind and efficient.
