Applebee's Grill + Bar

The place has a very good ambience for both a date and for hanging out with friends. I ordered bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was super delicious. The spicy buffalo wings tasted very well with the ranch dressing. The french onion soup was also prepared well. The triple chocolate meltdown was a perfect finisher to this awesome meal. It was an amazing experience!

Shout out AJ took good care of us even though we were a large group. Super personable, appreciate it will come back soon

My question to prepare my dish with less salt and less sauce was meticulously executed! What a feast! So, yes, great service, great food. Just the way I like it, the reason why I'll come back!

I ordered delivery from Applebee's yesterday.
I was really pleased with the delivery and pricing.
Uber Eats was the courier that delivered yesterday's order.
All of the items in the order were present and were delivered in a timely manner.
The Oreo Shake is really good. It's not really thick, but it's refreshing.

Delicious meal. I tried the blue raspberry lemonade and the strawberry lemonade for my meal I had the Bourbon Street chicken the best thing on their menu at garlic butter is the best always ask for extra!

We came in with a large party, they were very accommodating. The food was excellent, and our waitress was wonderful!

I have a sister who I take out ever so often to Applebee's is close in her hometown and she loves it and we always get a warm welcome ☺

Applebee's is Applebee's, but this Applebee's is like a better Applebee's.
The cooks obviously understand what it takes to produce good food, and they give enough of a damn to actually do it, and the staff is friendly.

Recently visited the Hadley location. What happened to this ? Service went way downhill. I would not go back if this was my first visit. First went in early about 4pm . The server never came to check on us. My steak that I ordered was overcooked on outside and undercooked on inside. Never got a bill. I had to use the table machine to find my bill . This as we were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday . Her burger was undercooked, and the wife's Salmon had bones in it still. Good thing it was dead in restaurant hate to seen what would have happened if busy. Would give negative if possible.

We sat in the bar, our waitress was very nice and accommodating. We had boneless wings and bone in wings extra hot, this sauce was wonderful and I asked for more and she brought back more. The salads, Alfredo and chicken bowl were delicious. Very enjoyable experience

I'm from California and used to having in n out.... This place, in my opinion, beat them out in taste! It was so tasty! Their onion rings were pretty good too but I stole it from my sister. Great place, loved the orange stools!

After scoping out the flooded damage in VT yesterday we decided to stop on the way home and have some dinner. Hi by had the festiva lime chicken and I had the wonton grilled chicken tacos. They usually are very good but yesterday they were not up to par. Too much spicy sauce and not enough toppings, plus they were on the cold side.
But as with everything they very seldom get things wrong and they are for the most part all pretty nice girls.

Went in for dinner and first off was taken to a table I couldn't sit down at. Someone at next table had to much up front in the belly area to pull her seat in. So I couldn't pull my chair out.
Then I ordered riblets and they were awful never had such substandard food before like this. Over cooked burnt and all rolled up in a ball
Was the worst meal I've ever paid for. Very disappointed and will never go there again in Hadley ma.

Will Ryan served me some of the best steak and shrimp I've ever had with such a bright smile on his face. Almost felt like I should've shared some of the food with him, but I cleaned my plate before that could happen. 10/10 Experience.

Their blackened cajun salmon is my favorite ❤👌🏼😍

We had a group of nine, we had a variety of dinners and everyone enjoyed their burgers, steaks, salads, desserts. The wait servers were great, very attentive and friendly. They were very accommodating to us from the moment we walked in. We will definitely be back

Applebees is better than ever. The food is excellent. I like their various chicken meals. My grandson (who happens to be an excellent cook and judge) invariably has a cheeseburger. Service people are good at their job, as well as pleasant.

Always a treat dining here! Great staff, great food and clean!

Julia was our bartender...did i simply say bartender? I meant, she was our super fantastic best buddy for the night. Her friendly and pleasant demeanor was such a joy, as it was late and often at this hour some bartenders can get..well grumpy like my dad. So to be able to talk about the superbowl coming up. And crazy good looking different actors was a fun experience. Julia didnt keep us or anyone else we saw waiting and was attentive behind the bar. Friendly smile, wonderful laugh and just a pleasure to spend some time with. The resturaunt was clean and the food was very much what my son and I wanted. Thanks hadley, ma Applebees great time!

Sat at the bar for lunch and had one of the best experiences ever! Julia was so kind and respectful. The service was prompt and I would most definitely stop in again.

Awesome! Our waitress was incredible. Super attentive and sweet. Food was great like usual. Best part about this chain is the manager walking through taking time to talk to the guests. I love that. We always feel welcomed. This particular location has a really great manager who really went out of his way to ensure our time there was pleasant. I highly suggest this Applebee's. Excellent staff.
