Dr Su is a wonderful doctor. Hands down, you will not find a more compassionate doctor. He sincerely cares about your entire family. My three year old was terrified of going to the doctor and he made her feel so comfortable she actually enjoyed herself. He takes his time with you, you are never rushed. He takes in all information regarding your symptoms but also considers environmental factors too. He really is an amazing doctor. We love seeing him and love that our children love seeing him.

Dr. Mark Su has been the most responsive and helpful doctor that I have ever had, I am very fortunate to have been referred to him years ago by my mother. I recently was diagnosed with Lyme disease and it's very difficult to find a doctor that confidently treats Lyme with all of the mystery surrounding it. I don't live very close by but being able to exchange text messages with Mark whenever I have any questions or concerns is something I wish was available to every patient everywhere. Kindly ignore the negative review referring to having to wait to become a patient, OF COURSE a lot of people want this type of care but if he didn't limit the number of patients it wouldn't be nearly as personal.

I was looking to find a doctor, for my bedridden 84 year old mother. A doctor who could make house calls and be her PCP. (It was very hard to get an ambulance for her each time she needed to see a doctor). Dr. Mark Su, of Personal Care Physicians became my mother’s PCP. He was very attentive and gave her excellent care. Not only is he professional, but also very courteous and kind. I referred him to my daughter as well. She has been very pleased to have him as her PCP. If I had to describe Dr. Su with positive adjectives, it would be never ending. Thank you Dr. Su, from the bottom of my heart.

I was referred to Dr. Mark Su by a leading expert in Lyme—Dr. Donta and I cannot say enough about how I feel about my decision to join the PCP “community.” I am relieved to have finally found a doctor who is not only highly intelligent but empathetic and sincere towards all of his patients.
Not only does Dr. Su keep up with current research, he continues to learn about new approaches that will help his patients with their healing process. There was a time where there was an issue—snafu with communication but I learned about their move and realized that the practice was growing faster than was originally anticipated—but when you’re THAT good at what you do, you are bound to have an influx of people wanting to see you.
The staff have always been kind and respectful and I am grateful to have the opportunity to be part of their “community.” I also respect that they have hired more staff to meet the demands of their practice and allow more people to be seen. I was one of the “lucky” ones to come upon this office earlier on near it’s inception and I am thrilled at their expansion. They are no longer a “secret!” I have not lost anything due to their move and expansion and respectfully appreciate that the care I receive has not changed. Every time I leave I feel relieved and that much closer to becoming healed. And even after I am completely healed, I will be happy to say that I am a part of PCP because of their practice (philosophy) and specialized care of their patients.

When I moved to Newburyport in 2014 it was important for me to find a family physician quickly in order to maintain my and my family's health in my new community. I loved the idea of a subscription service for on demand, anywhere, anytime service. With a teenage son, you never know when an emergency may crop up, including sports physicals, sports injuries or simple check-ins when not feeling well. Dr. Su and his staff are always available and I consider Dr Su and Loralee Scipione an extension of my family when addressing health concerns and a healthy lifestyle.

Joan Delahanty was a knowledgeable, compassionate, provider who consistently goes “above and beyond” her efforts to answer your questions and resolve your problems. First rate!!! Highly recommended.

Dr Mark Su is a gift from God. He puts the neurologist we saw at MGH to shame! He didn’t just accept a diagnosis, he tested further to find out the reason for the diagnosis... now she is being treated for what she needs.. not just a blanket diagnosis.

I cannot say enough about this practice. Immediate response to a call, a text or email. Keeping the practice limited allows the providers and patience to have personal interaction. So happy I joined.

Don't bother calling this place! You read the website and get excited and have high hopes that maybe you have found a really good PCP for the whole family..... YEAH if you want to wait 3-4 years. Hope your not dieing in the meen time just looking for good care. I've never heard of waiting 3-4 years for a doctor. Clearly, they don't care about the care of their patients, because why would you ever ask someone to wait that long. Simply say "we arnt accepting anymore patients" absolutely unheard of. Also it took them a week to get back to me. I can only imagine how long you have to wait if you are a patient with a medical emergency.

I believe this office may have closed. I called to set up a consultation over a month ago. The only thing that seems to remain is a recording that says that they will get back to you in 5 days. So I left a second message after 6 days, a third message after another 6, and a fourth message after another six days. I never received a response. I assume it is closed because I can't imagine a medical practice simply ignoring a person in need - to not have the courtesy to return a call to either set up a date, or to say they are not doing consultations or seeing new patients.
