I've been using this gas station for the past three years since moving to Easthampton. Their member pay system is amazing. You link your payment account to an app and once you drive up you can just press pay on your phone and pump. Plus you get free food and drinks for buying discounted gas that you needed anyways!

The music while I pump my gas is literally the reason I come here. I’m talking JAMS. 99 cent iced coffee is major bonus. So clean and bright inside the store, I leave a better person.

Wanna tell your employee Isabella not to slam down a customer's drink on the counter just because she's having a bad day..... Sometimes your employees can ruin the entire atmosphere.

The store itself is big and spacious. So that's nice. The thing that annoys me is they say they're open 24 hours a day on their website yet for the past year I have gotten up very early to get some milk and stuff and I go there and there's never anyone there at 4:00 or 4:30 there's always a sign on the door saying be back at 8:00. If you're not open 24 hours then stop putting that sign up or at least change it on your official website. It's so annoying. The staff however are great

Automatic sugar dispensers are always empty or broken. Long wait times in the morning at checkout. Prices on most items are most expensive than most places.

One of the worst cumbys in this area food is aweful, coffee is burnt, and the store is usually not very clean. Not what you would expect from a brand new cumbys.....

They are not 24/7

The listing says it's open twenty four hours but it's not. I'm here at 12:45 AM and the store is dark and the gas pumps are off. There is a handwritten sign on the door that says "Store Closed 11pm-5am".

If you're closed, fine, but change your listing and don't claim to be open twenty four hours.

People go out of their way to go to a twenty four hour location in the middle of the night when there are few choices.. Is extremely extremely annoying to drive all the way there and find out they're really not open.

Workers just really hate their jobs. You can just walk in and feel it. Always attitude no matter the time, really, I heard it many times go towards everyone. The food isn't good either.
