The team that works at this Starbucks is AMAZING super kind friendly and fast
Alex and Laniya have taken my order and they’re so kind when ordering and patient
I will say it’s one of the busier Starbucks though
I usually sit inside if I have time
And the two younger ladies making the drinks and food items today 09/08/23 (10:20am) are fast as hell

I came here for lunch today and Dianne was so sweet! She helped me out when I was ordering and even brought my order to the table I was sitting at when it was ready!

Great place, friendly staff, nice chill location. I'd suggest ordering online though so many people go here there's usually a nice order mix up. But all around great establishment!!!

I will forever think the drinks are overpriced but my kids love them!

My daughter loves to come here with her friends.

This is a great Starbucks location. I almost always order on the app, but I am ALWAYS greeted by the folks behind the counter when I arrive, and they always keep me posted on my drink’s progress. This means a lot to me and I appreciate the extra effort to make me feel welcome. The drinks are made quickly and made well. I tend to go in the afternoon or evening, and during that time there is plenty of room to sit down inside or outside. I’ve noticed some Starbucks are eliminating seating areas, but they are still present at this location. They are open later than other coffee options in the neighborhood so if I’m needing a coffee drink after 3-4pm, this is my go-to. You can also catch the #70 grand metro bus right outside and Tower Grove Park is nearly across the street.

I loved it when I worked for Starbucks and I love their coffee and other drinks. This is a great job, especially for a first job! You're kids will learn how to be respectful and kind right away because they will be surrounded by it!! I like that if I have an issue they will fix it without escalation.

Great convenient location. And service was quick. I attended in the later morning early afternoon hours cause I was in the area. Purchased two bags of fresh beaned coffee that they even grind for you which was great. And the wait staff was very kind and professional will attend again with no hesitation.

Drinks made perfectly. Very friendly. This is a smaller Starbucks with a lot of traffic. Be prepared to wait a little longer than usual. Very tight parking and small drive-thru.

I enjoy coming to this location. I never run into any issues here and the customer service is great also!!

Went for the PopUp Party -Got a Free Tall Beverage. I showed up like a minute late and they still honored their offer. Super Nice of them! This party didn't have some of the same energy as others I visited though. No fun leis or balloons but, still had a pleasant experience. Thank You

Super nice experience 🥰 the gentleman at the register was very helpful when I forgot what the name of my drink was called and got me exactly what I was looking for! I didn’t catch his name but I work for a cleaning company and we chatted about that so if he remembers me let him know he’s awesome! Thanks so much!

The service at this Starbucks is always great. Trust me, I go much more often to get coffee than any reasonable person probably should. The atmosphere is also nice, though there's not a ton of space to sit other than a long community table and a few other small tables.

I love their coffee. I buy it by the bag. Grind up some fresh beans every morning. I admit I drink a whole pot before I go to work. Freshly ground coffee is the best. Had one of their seasonal coffee specials today. It was very good. I ordered it on the app just before I got there. It was ready when I got there. I enjoy relaxing and indulging in the nectar of the gods.

Another fantastic Starbucks location with lovely employees. My only gripe is the way the drive-thru is designed -- just a little difficult to utilize on busy mornings. Other than that, solid location and convenient to swing by on my way to work in the morning.

I go here every morning with my baby. Friendly staff and genuinely nice people. Always nice to my baby and puts his name on our orders. It's cute. Great service. Here for it!
