The Yoga Shop Ludlow & lululemon

I took my first class here on a Friday evening with Alison and I enjoyed it. It was my first time visiting this beautiful studio and Alison was so welcoming as soon as I walked in the door! She helped me register and gave me a tour of the studio. She taught a really nice heated flow class and then made the extra effort to come ask me how I liked the class after it was over.
I will definitely be back and hope to bring friends!

Love the space. The studios are beautiful and spacious with high ceilings. Very clean and I've enjoyed each of the classes and instructors here!

Allison, the owner is great. Her classes are very motivational. The facility is very clean. And the hot/warm yoga just adds to the great experience. Definitely try this place!!
