Personally speaking..
I have had issues filling scripts, however it was never due to the staff ..it was a problem for the insurance company.

Most people don't realize that the "pharmacy staff" have guidelines as well as insurances and if they fill something and override insurances it's their jobs on the line, not the customers.

I've been short a couple times, however we are all human and make mistakes. When it was brought to their attention it was resolved. But, repeat offenders can start to put "red flags up" for the staff. Which in this day and age it's hard to be sure whose out their trying to win you over and whose not when you just meet them for a brief moment of the air work day.

As well they have a new phone system now that they are working on to make life for everyone a little simpler for people to address the millions of people out there that need these medicine to keep us well.

Honestly if it weren't for these people filling out scripts, even when you seem a little off key: cause your usually not feeling well when you go there (or some aren't) they have always been there for us to fill what we need. And for some of us to keep us alive (diabetics).

When ever I go to CVS the staff are friendly. The manager is always willing to help and will match CVS on line prices.

I was on a long road trip and needed to run into a bathroom since i missed a couple rest stops. Met a friendly staff member named Lynn who showed me the way to the bathroom when i was literally ready to do an emergency parking lot pee because the Cumberland farms and the Dunkin donuts nearby either had a "closed bathroom" or locked doors. Literally life saver, thanks Lynn!

Associate Adam helped me. He was awesome! Will return.

Wow Jeff in pharmacy is so polite and friendly I had a great experience with him while filling my prescription so CVS I hope you recognize him for that! Thanks Jeff!

Good sales on vitamins and supplements

Clean store and decent service. Have never been treated poorly. Sometimes cashiers seem busy or not available right away, my only small gripe.

My quick go to pharmacy and grocery store. Pharmacy drive through usually a wait...might as well go inside and come out quickly.

Terrible customer service . Clerks need orientation in how to speak , smile , etc

I signed up online to get a Covid, Flu and RSV shot. When I got to the Ludlow CVS I was told that I could not get all 3 shots the same day. I had to wait 2 weeks for the RSV shot. I got just the Covid and Flu shots. I knew people who got all 3 shots at other CVS stores at the same time. I then called the Granby CVS store and the Memorial Drive Store in Chicopee. Both stores told me I could get all 3 shots at the same time. I then went online and the guidelines for the RSV shot paperwork stated that people could get all 3 shots at once. So people, be aware that the people at the Ludlow CVS store are giving out false information. Get your shots elsewhere.

Terrible communication when prescriptions aren't convered. Company policy not to contact the person?

However, the person I spoke with was very helpful. Not thier fault.

The worst pharmacy staff in 50 miles. I'm too lazy but someone should write to corporate about how terrible this location is
