Very helpful and friendly staff yesterday. GREAT help selecting a snow-blower by Bradley and his team. Very grateful for the help. Going there for all my purchases for now on.

Very helpful staff. Immediately greeted upon entering the store and asked if I needed help. Directed me to the items I was looking for AND went and got a cart for me. Even though it was minutes before closing, no one tried to throw me out😂 I really appreciated that and apologized for my late arrival to the store

Quality here is a priority! Not like places where the quality is Lowe's 😂 they fixed the damage from a store down the road without asking any questions. Love it! Don't go to the lower store, if you want to get it done.

I spend way to much money here. That’s to say it’s a convenient shopping experience. I love this store and I have always found the team of The Home Depot employees to be very kind and helpful.
I’m always glad to know that with almost any materials I buy, I can buy more than I think need and return what I don’t use on my next trip. The tool and truck rental service has saved me a ton of money over the years. When I purchased big items like a pallet of roofing shingles, I got help loading it up. I’m a very happy customer of The Home Depot.

HOME DEPOT WILBRAHAM IS MY FAVORITE STORE TO PURCHASE MY HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS. ALL THE EMPLOYEES GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GREET AND OFFER HELP. THE STORE IS VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND STOCKED. ONE DAY EVERYTHING THAT COULD GO WRONG DID AND MY DOG BIT ME AS I WAS HEADED OUT THE DOOR! BUT MY LUCK CHANGED THE MOMENT I WALKED INTO HD IN WILBRAHAM. THERE I WAS ASSISTED BY A WONDERFUL ASSOCIATE BY THE NAME OF LILIANNA. SHE WAS MOST HELPFUL HELPING ME FIND WHAT I COULDN'T FIND AT OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES. SHE PUT SOME SUNSHINE BACK IN MY DAY! EVER SINCE THAT DAY I LOOK AROUND TO SEE IF SHE IS WORKING BEFORE I START SHOPPING BECAUSE SHE KNOWS THE INVENTORY ON HAND AND WHERE IT IS IN THE STORE..IF ALLOWED I WOULD GIVE HER A 10 STAR RATING!!! HOME DEPOT IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE TO PURCHASE MY HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS. SHE IS MY SUPER HERO AT THE WILBRAHAM STORE.

I was able to find the counter stove I wanted, and was even a dollar cheaper than at the previous store I went to. Hey, a dollar is a dollar jajaja Customer service was excellent in the appliance department. Even with multiple people waiting, I didn't feel rushed during the purchase. He was also able to answer all of my questions.

I ordered a lawn mower that was shipped to the store. I brought it home and one of the wheels was cracked. I was so aggravated. I packed it up and brought it back. The first customer service rep I spoke to was not helpful at all. Then I met Cole who suggested we could put 2 new wheels on it. 15 minutes later I left store with 2 new wheels no charge. I was so impressed with Cole. He was the epitome of great customer service. Thanks to him he saved the day for me. Give this guy a raise. He’s the best

Great prices and always have the things I need

Well the morning started bad. I went to Lowe's this morning and figure it's as closer to my house I could get some plumbing parts I waited I called for 30 minutes 35 minutes and no one came to give me help so I said let me go to Home Depot. So the minute I go there I saw I waited I saw an elderly gentleman help me no problem he got all the parts I needed they didn't hesitate when I said I need your help sir can you come help me please and he said sure he came to help me no problem it wasn't like the Lowe's people they see you they hide they don't want to help you so I think Lowe's is going to be my store from now on to the gentleman who helped me thank you.

I was having an off-night and a worker at the self-service station (I think his name was Cam), helped me out with my purchase. Very well spoken and helpful.

Talked with the appliance sales lady. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. I wonder if they have commissions at home depot. If they do, it's working!

I didn't make purchase today, but will very likely return to buy here.

Always great to shop here

Building a new deck, was happy and surprise by the level of service received by staff member that were not from that department. The two staff members my partner and I spoke to were helpful and willing to use there limited knowledge to provide help. One member of staff show us a website were we can get a visual of the things we need, that will also help us with pricing. He also pointed us in the direction where we can look at trex samples to pick from. The second member of staff knew a bit about the trex and help us pick out the ones that best suited out project. She also told us about the bid room that could possible save us money, the delivery system so we won't have to rent a truck to haul all of the materials and the credit card which we applied for. All in all we spent about 30 min, maybe less in the store and came away with useful information and a positive experience. Great location, great staff. Hands down will be returning for all of my future projects. Thank you Wilbraham staff.

I love this store anyways, so I'm likely a bit biased for a real review... However I will give it a five-star because it had the very tool I was looking for and on sale no less! This is not my typical home Depot and I ran in for essentials got in and out in record time with absolutely everything on my list... Way to go East Springfield home Depot!

Needed help with fencing parts. Of course employees will tell you were to look but I had a really nice young man that actually brought me to the area and found the items I needed.

Home depot is lucky to have an employee that is so caring and respectful to help a customer!

I used HD for both of my granite installations and they did a great job. Mandy helped me out both times and she was very helpful and informative. She was a pleasure to work with and seemed very happy to do her job. You guys will see for yourselves.
