I would like to share the positive experience that I have had with the entire staff at Bouvier Pharmacy. I was in need of oxygen for cluster migraines. The first person I spoke with, answered all of my questions was kind and courteous. Within days my oxygen was delivered to my home. Every person I came in contact via phone or in person was top notch. I would recommend this Business 100%

At the start of Covid when I was having trouble finding the specific insulin syringes I needed, the pharmacist at Bouvier ordered multiple boxes for me to have on hand before I panicked. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs at Bouvier always make you feel like you are the number one priority. From contacting doctors to make sure prescription refills are ordered to filling the scripts in a very time manner and answering questions about medications, the pharmacy staff make sure their customers receive the best care and service possible.

Over the years, our family has used Bouvier Pharmacy for a variety of medical supplies. However, since 2016, we began needing them for prescriptions in refilled trays for an electronic pill dispenser .The pre-filled trays, delivery service and machine setup was a huge timesaver while reducing the additional stress of filling the AM/PM medicine box on our own since we didn't have someone nearby able to commit every 2 weeks year round. Recently, we started trying the bubble packaging & for the most part that has been working out, too. The pharm-techs have been a lifesaver- listening, communicating, researching, troubleshooting, taking calls even for additional OTC items needing to be added to a delivery and more. Any questions they can't answer about prescriptions , refill support, striving to find savings, med regimen, delivery timing, or anything else, they connect us with the pharmacist or someone who can help. From our experience, Bouvier continues going above and beyond even on short notice helping us care for our loved ones. Thank you:)

While in town on vacation, David Bouvier, in the medical equipment department, was able to connect us with the resources and medical supplies that we needed for my husband's COPD. Greatfull beyond words for having access to a much needed CPAP machine that we had forgotten to pack on our trip. Blessings to you David Bouvier!

My husband had to purchase a new pair of crutches today and the woman that helped us couldn't have been nicer. She even explained to us how to get money back from Medicare. I'm very impressed with this pharmacy.

You don't know how great this place is till you go to some other place. I am getting my supply form Bouvier from last 5 years. The things Bouvier do which many don't
1. Friendly staff who will follow-up with you regularly for your supply needs.
2. They will check your insurances and ensure the items they sending is covered so no surprise bills.
3. Friendly staff who will happy meet you to ensure equipment fit and trials etc.

Bouvier Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacies around. Over the past 3 years there have been many employee turn overs. But this needed to be done so they could focus on there on customer service, filling prescriptions, medical equipment an delivering medications. I've been with Bouvier for 20 years an I wouldn't go any where else. I think they do a great job.

I recently went to bouvier and had the most wonderful experience. The staff was super helpful. They were able to educate me on their products and helped me save over $100 on medical supplies. The pharmacy was really busy during the time i was there but the staff made me feel like I was just as important as the next customer.

I ordered medical equipment and a lift chair from Bouvier and the delivery people were kind and accommodating. I recommend Bouvier for anyone needing home health care for their medical equipment.

My mother was having breathing issues and due to the pandemic getting her new machine was going to take a few days. My brother had a machine but not the tubbing and a few other things that were needed to use his machine. My father called a few places and none of them would sell him these things unless they bought their machine. Bouvier Pharmacy was not like that. They had what we needed and the woman who helped was awesome!! Since then my mother has slept better having the oxygen. I highly recommend Bouvier Pharmacy!

Clean proficient polite help kind have everything you need quick fast I can't say anything much nicer they're great I wish every person that needed assistant would go there they are just wonderful people and they're always there to help they don't have it they'll find it for you
