Excellent service and work. When I had to replace the engine in my Jeep they also had to replace the clutch. When the clutch blew a few months later they were right there and replaced under warranty.

Eric and his team are always great. Great at what they do and have excellent customer service. Been going there since my first car 10 years ago and wouldn't trust anyone else to fix my car.

Starting first with the customer service up until I picked my car after the repairs was done, it was an all round pleasant and excellent experience. They were both affordable and quite transparent in the services provided. I traveled 10 miles from Amherst on a friend's recommendation and no regrets doing so!

Trustworthy service and fair pricing; my mom and late dad have bought and sold cars, used their state inspection and repair services for many years. Mom is 86 and drives a Toyota Avalon she bought from Don’s. It has well over 100,000 miles but drives very well.

Update (4 years later) still using Don's Auto Services and couldn't be happier. They are have managed to fit me in same-day for a few emergency problems. The staff is very friendly and the work is top-notch. Car repairs can be very pricy, but I have never felt cheated or overcharged. They don't try to tack on any extra charges or service, they are honest about what the car needs. I've recommended them to other friends and family and everyone who has gone there has been happy with the service.

We've been taking our cars to Don's for a couple years now. Their front desk is on top of everything--they're always on time, they always pick up the phone cheerfully and knowledgably. When you have a car question, they find out the answer. Whatever the mechanic fixes stays fixes, and they're affordable; they'll sometimes offer me the option of a used part when it doesn't make a big difference (like a rear-view mirror). Always a pleasant experience.

Erik at Don's auto was really helpful and he was quick with the job he had to do to my wife's van. He was extremely respectful helpful and fast and extremely reasonable on price. Lisa his receptionist was also nice and respectful. I recommend Don's auto to anyone and I recommend Erik specifically to everyone as well. I will continue going to Don's.

This is a shop I recommend to anyone I come across. There are few things in life more precious than a good relationship with an honest mechanic. When you find one, you hold on tight! Eric is honest, straight forward and works with wonderful ethics and awareness of financial hardships. He has made my family customers for as long as he'll take us!

My family has been going to Don's for 30 years. They do a wonderful job with our cars and are always looking for the best solution for whatever issues we're having. Erik has also loaned me cars and found me cars at times of need. A true family business built on family values.

I've had nothing but the best experiences with Don's Auto. Eric always works to provide the best service at fair prices. But today he went so far above and beyond what I expected that I feel compelled to write a review. I drove for over an hour to bring my car to him. I planned on leaving my car for several days, and renting one in the meantime. However, when I arrived to rent the car I realized I had left my wallet at home, over an hour away. My car was in no condition to drive back and forth again. Eric called Enterprise and tried to rent a car for me in his name with his credit card. I was amazed by this generosity! Because I didn't have my license, they couldn't do it though. So Eric called a friend of his to drive me all the way home, giving us a car off his lot for the trip. This is really a kindness that is rare and exceptional. It demonstrates the kind of person Eric is. He is honest, stands behind his work, and goes the extra several miles for his customers.

These folks were great with diagnosing what my car needed, and were honest about was was essential for safety vs what could wait. They made up estimates for future work and stayed right at the estimate they gave me for my brakes. They were kind and prompt and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Good service, good people, priced reasonable, have worked on all our cars for years. More than anything, I trust them to work on my cars and they go out of their way to make sure things are right and working properly.

Good service. Two times I have brought a problem to them and they have said, we could attempt to fix this, but it would not provide a long term fix. I am grateful for their honesty and that they turned down business because they felt it wasn't in my best interest.

Easily the best mechanic we have ever had. Very flexible, great service, reasonable rates. We just moved away from Belchertown and know it will be hard to find a mechanic as good as Don's.
