A great business and they do a fantastic job if you choose to use the wash and fold option. I have nice shirts that he will separate and hang dry, I appreciate him always taking the extra step to keep my work shirts nice. Thanks Ralph!

Wash and fold service is excellent! I really appreciated Ralph’s friendly service. The clothes were clean, folded well, and you could tell he takes good care of your clothes. Even had some of the shirts placed on hangers. It is very much appreciated!

Whenever we have a problem with our washer, or our dryer, we drive over to Crane River from my home in Peabody. I always find the staff to be polite and helpful and the place to be clean and safe.

Best laundromat around! Family owned and operated - the customer service is always top notch! We live in Salem, but make our way to Danvers every few weeks to support this family owned business because they treat their customers like family! My father has used them since I was a kid and I will continue to do the same :)

I have been going to this laundry mat since i was in my twenties.it has the same awesome service it had years ago when sam worked their.You get a personal touch at this laundry mat Ralph the attendant is fabulous he is awesome very helpful and goes above and beyond his job description.i would recommend this laundry mat to everyone.

I go to Crane River once a week ! Ralph who works there is so pleasant and friendly, and the place is super clean.I’ve been to other laundry mat‘s that aren’t so great and this by far is my favorite! I recommend this place to anyone who needs to do their laundry in the area!!!

Always go here! I even travel from lynn to do so. Ralph, one of the employees are so nice! One of the reasons I continue to go back. They care about the customers. Place is never packed, restaurant next door. Someone always there. Can't complain!

Best laundry mat in Danvers! The washers work much better than the Danvers Laundry one, as i've never encountered a situation where my laundry detergent did not get fully washed out of my clothes, causing a stain. (No it was not overfilled) Beautiful view of the river while your waiting for your laundry right outside! Owner is very nice and friendly, and walks around and gives free twizzlers from time to time.

Clean and safe. Only laundromat I use when doing things like blankets and comforters. Ralph is helpful and pleasant. Very friendly atmosphere. Makes the task almost enjoyable.
