Anita was great!
I called and got an appointment the same day.
I have a unique situation and needed work place hearing protection from an injury to my ears. We talked about what I needed, be able to hear people next to me but block out loud noises that would cause more harm to me.
We talked and searched for over 30 minutes and Anita guided me to the right hearing protection

The people at New England Hearing Care were absolutely fabulous! I walked in without an appointment with hearing aids that I was having trouble with. Not only did they take me in immediately, they went out of their way to assist me and rectify the problem.

I visited the Beltone Hearing Center today and was met with a nice friendly young man. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He then cleaned them and adjusted them, ….asked if I had any other issues . No, .

Emily was the BEST! She was very helpful and sweet.

Had a free hearing test with NE Hearing this month. Great experience all around from my interaction with Emily, one of the most caring and competent office managers I ever spoke to, to the exam and testing with Dan Carusi. It was comprehensive and expertly done. I won't hesitate to be back for testing as I go and will work with them if my needs include a hearing aid. Thank you so much for the care!

My mother passed away a few months ago,and left behind a pair of almost new Beltone hearing aids. I wanted them to be used by an elderly woman from our church who has obviously struggled with bad hearing loss for many years, so I called NEHC. I cannot give them enough stars. They went above and beyond to test the woman, to recalibrate the aids and to take a lot of time to help her using these state of the art hearing aids. Our friend now can hear conversational speech with no trouble and will adapt to her new ears over the next few weeks. Just the drive home was rewarding listening to her comments about all the new sounds.
The care given, the amazing patience and care provided and might I say love was so far beyond expectation it has me wishing I had purchased my devices here.

The staff is so nice and friendly, the location is easy to get to, and the hours are convenient even for those of us who work. And they will work with you no matter how many visits it takes to adjust the instruments to your satisfaction. And the receptionist Jane is always fabulous and such a pleasure to deal with!

Anita always is helpful and gives good suggestions. Any concerns we had were addressed and corrected.

The two people in the office who assisted me, Joan and Megan, were very helpful and professional, friendly & caring. I was offered alternative ways to solve the problems with my hearing aides and they checked to make sure the warranty I had from another audiologist was still valid.

The staff is friendly and courteous. The audiologists is fa sweetheart and very knowledgeable. She explained to me what happens as my hearing deteriorates and how to save it from future loss. Try New England Hearing Care It's convenient with plenty of parking------------------------------

I had a thorough hearing test which was performed by Dr. Meghan Brady. New England Hearing does not participate in my insurance plan for hearing aids so I had to obtain them elsewhere. They did contact my insurance provider on my behalf which I feel was excellent customer service.
