I don't usually give BJ's high marks on anything, however, I do need to give Durrell and his colleague at the tire center the full five stars. They helped me out last weekend by ensuring the tires on my wife's car would make it until today, ordered them, and got the job done when I came back today. Yes, it took a while because they were busy as heck, but the expected weight time was posted, it was close, and the tires were over $400 LESS than the price NTB gave me.

5 Stars for the convenient location. I personally haven't used their services. However, I haven't heard any negative feedback in all the years I've lived in the area. That should account for something!

Always nice people very nice.Patty at service desk is always there when you need her.My husband and I shop at least twice a month and spend on an average of 5 to 6 hundred a month

We ordered tires online and made an appointment in 2 weeks!!! When we came, they didn’t have our tires. They got it in 1 month after we order it 🤦🏼‍♀

Visited Sunday, waited 20 minutes and never saw an employee and walked out and bought tires elsewhere

The worst service I’ve ever received, very rude and unprofessional employees there I won’t recommend this place to anyone. I bought my 4 tires, this lazy person didn’t even want to talk or look at me to explain their process all he said was that he will called me when tires get there to be install, they never called me I went there after 2 days and was another rude guy, he told me that I’ll have to make an appointment to install my tires, so I did. They install my tires were installed and this guy got so annoyed when I asked for alignment service. Very unprofessional service, it seems like they don’t want people to go buy tires there or get their business. I wasted 3 days just to get tires from them. Not happy at all with the service provided
