Ross Dress for Less

It’s was good visit here a lot of choices this is bigger Ross than other at new castle.
There were only limited shoes though

Went here back in June with Travel abode and we had pretty good experience while here, the store was pretty clean and organized and the staff was also very nice and helpful. They have a good selection of men’s women’s and kids clothes and products which was very nice. Will be back again.

We normally go to the Ross in Dover, which is usually busy and low on inventory. This location was good and had a decent variety of product. The store was clean and organized. The employees were courteous and friendly. Nice selection of skin care products and clothing. Toy department was smaller than other Ross locations we've been to. Prices, as usual, were good.

I needed to return shoes and there problems.The employee named Sue, went above and beyond to help me. and she was nice about it the entire time. it makes me want to shop there again. great experience

U just have to keep checking, but u can definitely find some good household decors n footwear in there.

Overall one of my fav places to go for household items and pick up a quick outfit if need be Ross will forever be my go too

Nice store. Friendly and helpful customer service. Good deals to be had you just have to have the time to look and "dig" for them. Quality products organized store.

This place is a gem! I’ve found items here that were 90% off from regular price. They always have stocked shelves and there’s always something new inside. The clearance racks are my go-to and should be considered a blessing. I come at least once a month, my favorite isles are the home-decor.

Didn't have very much left for winter and I've seen better selection than what they had today. It's hard to keep employees so I understand. The cashiers today we're so nice, fast check out (and returns line too) Last Sunday evening though, the 2 employees made a closing announcement each time someone came thru the door. As if that wasn't annoying, hearing them suck through their teeth because we didn't go right to check out was just the sweetest way to tell us they didn't want their full hours. We still had an hour before closing. I shop there often and that was a first. Hopefully their hours were adjusted to accommodate better for everyone.

I love how they bring new merchandise almost everyday, although if you are not an early bird those items are the first to go. Their furniture prices are so helpful for people like me who like a stylish home on a budget. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Only problem really is the area the store is located, most people are lower income and have some sort of low income Napoleon complex. Feel second hand discomfort from the highly rude customers who make a scene and complain. Sometimes lines are a bit long, since many of my favorite staff leave given the customers.

Rob and his staff is down to earth and fair. He has great cars and most issues he's always willing to fix..
