I bought a playstatconsole from them. It didn't work took it back. They took care of me great customer service.

Bought three games all in perfect condition for a good price.

I have been shopping at this location for years and have NEVER had any negative experiences. Prices are adjusted accordingly based on rarity and the games are in very good condition. I have found some cool gems here which keeps me coming back for the luck of the find. Staff members have always been friendly and happy to help. As a video game collector, what I like most about this store is the retro inventory.

Best place to buy new and old games and even classic games only open Friday,Saturday,Sunday well worth the trip if you wamt a great deal

They had a great selection of DVDs and video games. They aren’t taking DVDs anymore to trade-in or sell from customers. They have a lot of PS4‘s and they’re not taking anymore but they will take older consoles. Customer service, might take slow if there’s only one person there; to get a trade-in price, they may call or text someone and it’ll take 5 to 10 minutes.

Fair prices and cannot beat the “Buy 2 and Get 1 Free” deal on video games. And they have video games for retro consoles-PlayStation (1,2,3) & Nintendo Consoles (GameCube, N64, SNES) along with the consoles themselves.

I have been coming here since the SNES days, lots of times you can find rare movies and games, the prices can be high but they frequently have buy 2 get 1 sales. Glad to see it still kicking.

Nice place but short handed at busy times. Expect to wait if crowded. After we bought 2 games she told us they were buy 2 get 1 but wouldn’t let us do the deal because the sale was over. Asked if I could return them and rebuy then to take advantage of the deal. She said. “It doesn’t work that way.” 😒 but it’s a nice shop just don’t expect much help.

BUYER BEWARE

They do sell reproduction (fake) video games here for well above reproduction prices. Many of their disc based video games also come with reproduction cases and cover art, all of which are sold at full price.

That being said if you don't care about any of that the buy 2 get 1 free is a really good deal for modern video games and DVDs.

The costumer service is fine.

Do not purchase any items from this store. Go to a reputable video game/DVD retailer instead. The return policy is deceiving. All signs posted in the store state that exchanges are accepted for in-store credit for 14 days after purchase. Return restrictions are not listed anywhere in-store or on the receipt, and the cashier does not tell you the restrictions when purchasing an item. Exchanges are only accepted for defective items, which would be fine if this information was made clear at or before the time of purchase. Take your business to a more honest and deserving establishment.

I asked the clerk if one of the carts was a reproduction. He said “I don’t know” so I asked to see it. It’s 100% a reproduction. If you’re running a game exchange and can’t tell that you’ve got a fake (that bad) in your hands you’ve got some pretty bad issues going on. Charging legit eBay prices for reproductions, you should be ashamed.

They sell counterfeit cartridges, along with videogames with reprinted boxart (xbox,ps2,gamecube) and third party boxes (found a few of your games in 2nd and charles) at whatever ebay prices. Charging ridiculous prices for consoles with third party controllers and accessories. You can find a better deals outside (If those consoles work).

Just get what you need from ebay, and make sure to check prices before buying anything.
