Stopped in by chance as we were walking by, so glad I did! The store is filled with lots of cute, quirky items….you’re bound to find at least one thing that you will just have to buy! I got the cutest little cat tea steeper and a couple of buttons that are both made from local artists. On top of that, the owners threw in a sparkler since it was my birthday which was so sweet! I definitely recommend walking in, you’ll leave with something!

Loved this store! It was too cute and filled to the brim with adorable things to shower your little ones in or gifts for your friends&family expecting!

Good gift shop. This place has stuff for everyone of any age. The staff are friendly and are knowledgeable. Randomly found this place so it was a pleasant surprise!

Hands down one of the best gift shops I've ever been in. They have literally something for everybody. I love how they have different sections in the store catering to different people - astrology enthusiasts, avocado lovers, cat and dog parents, etc. They have a pop culture section which has awesome themed gifts, and treat yo' self items. Highly recommend stopping in here for fun, unique items.

Very cute store. I was surprised by the amount of different items. Many different choices, and a lot of lovely gifts. Was organized very nice nicely.

This is my go-to location for cool cards and funky gifts. They have an excellent and fun sock selection that I love as well. In addition to lots of great greeting cards that have cute baby products, jewelry, candle, bath stuff, books, etc. anytime I need a last minute gift I stop into roost, as well as most times that I walk past it.

The most unique gifts and cards in Salem, the kind of place you go into just to browse and end up leaving with everything! It has a very gentle, peaceful environment, warm and inviting, and the staff bends over backwards to help you find that special something. Just lovely!

When the shop owner takes the time to help a customer pick out a small household object, that's just golden. It's wonderful to find objects we use every day, but here they're both fabulous and functional. And, the effort from Kate makes Roost all the more special.

I come here all the time for greeting cards (they have a buy 10, get 1 free reward). Great place for kitschy items. They have a great selection of random things, and I always end up buying something!

Roost is one of my go-to stores for cards and small, fun presents to bring a smile to the recipient. Funky and fun.

The shop itself us in the middle of Salem. There are steps up inside so not wheelchair suitable. Parking will be at the many metered spots and lots around Salem, availability usually good though not during September and October, which are the most magical time of the year for Salem.

Prices are moderate. Cards and cash accepted.

I love this little shop! The cards are hilarious, for me was one of the things that drew me to the store front. I have no trouble finding gifts even for those friends that are harder to please!

This store brightens my mood every time I enter and take a look around. It is filled with gag gifts of every kind, from "pot" holders shaped like marijuana leaves to squirrel underpants, you won't be able to stop laughing at what you find.
