Taco Bell Cantina

My coworker placed a Mobile order when she got back we had items missing when she called she spoke to Sam who was absolutely wonderful and told us to come down and get our items. When I got to the location and spoke with her we realized we had called the wrong location and I was at the wrong location. Sam accommodated me anyway and was so helpful and kind for helping me with my own mistake! Great customer service!!!

I ordered online accidentally to a different store and the manager at the Plymouth Ave location (Matthew) called the store I ordered the food originally to and had my order canceled and had it remade for me at his store. He was very helpful, pleasant and friendly and fixed a very confusing and annoying situation quickly, efficiently and with a smile. I come to this location frequently and will continue to thanks to Matthew and his kindness.

Listen. I have never written a Google review for a fast food restaurant in my life. So when I tell you this is the hands down best Taco Bell to go to, It was worth a Google review.

This is the only Taco Bell I go to because the other one at the other end of Plymouth avenue Fall River stinks. The food is always thrown together, it's never fresh or hot, and one part of the burrito has all of the beans and the other side has all of the sour cream. It's a sloppy mess

This Taco Bell always has fresh and hot food, friendly staff, and the food is always prepared to perfection making sure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed. The crunchwrap Supremes? 10 out of 10 perfect hexagon. Not a flap out of place.

I don't go here much but when I am craving my Taco Bell I only come here.

Ordered the nacho Bell grande with just meat & cheese... It was delicious.. Glad I gave this location another go..

The cashier wore latex gloves! Which is awesome! Also she did not handle food at all! Which is excellent! Someone else put my bag of food in the plastic tote. The cashier then put the tote out the window so I was able to grab my bag of food! They have a great preventive covid plan in effect!! And I've been there multiple times and it's the same way!! Thank you Taco Bell for taking our health and yours seriously!!!

This is the ONLY Taco Bell that makes my order right. Ever since TB corporate removed the xl steak burrito, I use the app to customize a regular burrito to make it similar. Ever other TB I go to gaffs it up even tho it's written out right in front of them on my mobile order. The Taco Bell crew on Plymouth Ave are outstanding for paying attention and making my long lost burrito correctly.

They get the orders correct all the time so far.

This Taco Bell Rocks! Always friendly and great service. The girl who works the window is really Outland friendly. She introduced herself and ask how my day was going? I paid with my card and she Thanked Me for Choosing this location. The manager must do a good job training the staff, each visit is always been a great experience.

Have had both good and bad experiences but they are super fast and have the full order most of the time. Staff was very friendly but sometimes so packed might take awhile til they can acknowledge you inside but overall I go there all the time for lunch!

Bro I don’t know why everyone’s saying this TB sucks, the few times I’ve been here the food has been hot & the burritos & everything has been packed to the max. They gave me about 50 sauces too 😂

The girls that work I think its dinner ,closing shifts are great works and one leader on those shifts has great control of her staff she is hands on with them and keeps everything moving in a great pace ,and she has them working as a team so every thing goes out right ,and if there's a problem she deal with it the right way .like a Professional would . I seen other people there who would let the workers deal with it . And then they would be in the back saying rude things to the customer . I don't know the girl who runs it like I said she awsome and respect to everyone and runs ur business the right way and makes customers want to come back ..

Food was fresh and service was even better. Dayline the manager was very welcoming and professional. Even made me smile after a terrible day. Great job to all employees!! I will return !!

This does a great job making their food. Chipotle Chicken Burrito actually looked like one on the commercials lol.
