Taqueria EL TACO LOCO

This hole in the wall Taqueria was fantastic. The elote was delicious, the torte cubana was huge and the tacos were generous. The strawberry aqua fresca was so good (squeeze a lime into it!). With a lot of places to choose from, this one's going to the top of the list.

Stopped by not knowing anything about this place...I think I've found a gem. Incredibly tasty and fresh tacos. Two fantastic sauces, one that makes you sweat perfectly. Great service all around and low cost. Definitely coming back.

This restaurant is really a hidden gem. The food is so so full of flavor and worth every dollar. The Asada tacos are so juicy and fresh when you get them. The wings (though a little overly wet) have the perfect crunch and flavor. They have better wings then a lot of the wing places. If you’re thinking about trying them out, do! You won’t be disappointed.

Super tasty and fulfilling tacos! They are very generous with their meat and toppings and provided plenty of lime and sauces. Al pastor had great flavor and felt like it was actually marinated rather than a quick dry rub. Ceviche tostada was tasty as well! Server was friendly and understood enough English for us to order which was really helpful. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend if you want delicious authentic tacos!

I’ve tried just about every taco place in Louisville, this location has the Best Tacos Al Pastor. Hands down my favorite place and now they have beer which is all they were missing. Don’t believe me? Try them.

Another great authentic great flavor mexican food restaurant. They enforce covid guidelines, so a bunch of fables are blocked.
The service is superb. Quick and you pay as ypu order or as you leave.
Very clean place.
Extensive menu with plenty of choices. I tried their tacos and a huarache. Both excellent.
Easy plaza parking.
I have to go back and continue trying more dishes.

It’s the best place in Louisville to eat taco, quesadillas and moro. I love this place; fresh food, delicious flavor, excellent hygienic. I love it!

I was looking for a place to eat close to my hotel and lucked into this gem.

Had the sopes with pastor, as well as a side of refried beans and rice.

Outstanding and clearly everything is made from scratch. Great taste & flavors, their food is killer……. I will be back.

The tacos here are phenomenal. I have driven by this restaurant every night for 4 years on my way to work and finally decided to stop in. I regret not going sooner. The lengua tacos are soooo sooo good. The prices are reasonable. The service was fast and courteous. I will be stopping in on my way to work much more often!

This was really delicious! The service was amazing. Clean restrooms. I walked in, didn't know what to expect and it end up being one of the best meals I've had in a long time.

Their guacamole is the best!!!!! Hands down on the tacos and the green sauce they put on the table is delicious !!!!!

Really enjoyed the tacos I had here. They came with radishes which add a nice crunch and lime wedges which along with the 2 different kinds of sauce make an amazing and flavorful taco. The corn tortillas tasted fresh and authentic. Will definitely be returning!

I'm so glad we came here tonight.
I've had the flan before ever coming here today and it was the best flan I'd ever had. Memorable as my favorite.
The rest of the food is on par with flavor and freshness. My spouse got a rib eye gordita, carne asada burrito. We shared some chips and queso as well as shrimp ceviche on tostada. I also got a brisket birria, a beef tongue, and a salted beef taco. We of course got flan as well. For the price neither of us thought we would get as much food as we did, we couldn't finish it all.
You can tell they make everything from the table salsas to the flan. Only the second time I've had good beef tongue. 10/10 will go again
