Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don’t understand all the 1 stars. I’m from nyc and I stopped here on the way to ocean beach and this was the best chipotle I’ve ever had. In nyc they are usually stingy and overcooked. Here they gave Generous portions and everything was fresh and staffs were very friendly.

This place is great! The food is seasoned just right - I only eat chicken and I taste the spices throughout the meat; I always ask for Black beans with the broth and they accommodate, the various toppings are fresh! The facility is clean, music is not blasting and those dining in appear to enjoy themselves. I also like that I can buy my favorite cold drink IZZY. Extra salsa and chips - this is on Rte 13 @ intersection Rte 273!
(NOT THE SAME ON CONCORD PIKE/Rte 202! That place is HORRIBLE!). So bad I refused to go for a refund)

The lines moved very fast And the serving sizes were really good.

Although we had some problems ordering online & when I called. But I called back and got the answering service to order.

The employees made everything as order so for their service and I give them a 10!!!

Excellent food, big portions, wide food selection to cater to all diet choices. And awesome customer service experience. You can't beat it.

The food was great. The one lady act like she was trying to stretch the chicken in my chicken bowl tho. Like nah I'm paying for this give me a full spoonful

Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants! I love that my food is always made to order and they have so many different options to customize your meal just the way you like it. I also love the bottled Izze drinks.

I appreciate the speed with which the team was working during the dinner rush. They actually cared unlike a lot of chipotles these days

The staff served us immediately when we walked in. I had no idea what I wanted to eat but I was excited there were many gluten free options. Brianna served me and was very patient and helpful with me making choices that suited my palate perfectly! I will definitely return.

Was there on a Sunday, and place was packed. But the line moved fast, the service was friendly and food was delicious. Saw another review about cleanliness, but when I was there we ate in and everything was spotless. Highly recommend!

Always excellent food. The staff were amazing! I told them I was on the keto diet and they were genuinely excited to help me assemble a meal that met my parameters and still tasted great! Can't wait to go back to this specific location!

How can you not love this place. Just think they should have ppl who are serving be personable. Although its not waitress serve you restaurant it's fast food but customer service goes a long way.They need ppl with ppl skills dealing with customers.

Good quality and Quantity. Loved it.

Only the problem is when we order a burrito and the people are serving the food doesn't know how to wrap a burrito and they ask for help ti the cashier and he doesn't change he's gloves and he is getting the food and the money

Quality of food here is amazing and the service has always been pretty quick, even when there is a bit of a line.

Great location, never busy. I would order in store and there wasn't a line. Always love the burrito bowl with half chicken and half steak

I've only been here a few times but service is phenomenal and the food is fantastic. In and out in ten minutes tops. Easy place to grab food on your way home.

Ahhh chipotle, if you want food quick that's a decent amount healthier than fast food this is the place. Ingredients are fresh, staff is decent, and the rewards app actually does something.

When many places make you feel uncomfortable with COVID this establishment allowed us to eat in and treated us normally as we enjoyed a family dinner. Thank you for the quality service that we’ve come to expect pre-COVID.
