AT&T Store

Good afternoon. Let me say that the sales associate named Candy, at the 115 S.Dupont Hwy location, gave me the best customer service experience ever!!! I had an issue with an online order that I was expecting to be delivered to my home. Come to find out, it was canceled due to my ID not being clear enough for the system to recognize the upload. Long story short, Candy showed patience, which helped me calm down and understand what was going on. She made the connection to whomever her corporate colleagues were. They were happy to help, which was a relief, and took care of the situation on their end, which allowed us to move forward with the process. The whole time, she was so knowledgeable about the specs of the phone, the accessories, and promotions. Not to mention, she took care of 2 more customers while we were waiting and conversing. Candy took care of my issue and multi-tasked, as good as any professional I have ever seen. Thank you, Candy!! She is definitely a great asset to this location and company. This is now my home store for anything concerning AT&T services. Thanks again!

Hi, I am incredibly late with my review, I was helped on 12 Oct 2023 and it was accidentally. I was calling to reach for the manager for a PA location in Brookhaven over an issue with in-store trade-in status and the delay some 2 weeks later. I was helped by, the new and current manager, I think his name was Bobby. He is incredible. He was so patient and empathetic to the situation and explained the process of what a typical trade-in in-store would be then proceeded to follow with information should a customer not have the typical experience and whom to reach out to. He is so knowledgeable with the procedure, process and explained so in a way he to ensure customers would understand what is expected . He did not have to stay on the phone with me especially when it had absolutely nothing to do with his store but I appreciate the information greatly. Bobby, and I really really hope that was your name, you were incredible and I truly appreciate your expertise and customer service on that call! If you are a current ATT customer I’d highly recommend the services here. If the manager has this empathetic behavior I’d imagine he’s helping the training aspect in store associates as well.

My sales associate Bryant was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and got me the best deals!!

Jableek is beyond amazing. After struggling with customer service on the phone for two hours I came in the store and he took care of me in less than 15 minutes. He synced all of my accounts to one account and lowered my bill. Not only was he extremely professional But his customer services was hands down exceptional. You should consider him a value asset to your team and the AT&T brand.

Went to this location since another one steered me away from actually helping me, and Jableek was a gem! He helped me and three other people all at the same time with amazing patience! He really made the experience so easy! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!!

I ordered a new iphone on line and chose to have it delivered to my residence by a AT&T rep i waited fir days for the appointment and on the day of rhe appointment i even came home early to meet them. But they were a no show. So i called my local store. I spoke to a ricky who was soon to get off work on a Friday. But told me to cone in anyway he would correct it asap so ii agreed. Upon reaching the store i waited all but 30 seconds and he was right there to help me. Ricky took care of making sure that i was able to walk out of the store with my phone and i even got a second phone because he made it so pleasurable. He was knowledgeable patient kind and extremely smart I have even decided to go back regarding another idea i had on upgrading this time , and i will ask to see ricky for that too. This guy is definitely manager material if he isn’t already and if he isn't not pulling clout on me made me even more comfortable. Unfortunately not all their workers seem to enjoy their job like ricky for the same time i found my self happy with my new products i saw a fellow customer struggling with a sales person that didn't seem very knowledgeable or happy about being there. Her demeanor was she was stretched out head laying on her arms and didn’t seem to want to be there at all Or her nap was being interrupted. My point behind that is when customers come in they want to feel important and comfortable. But not comfortable to the point they think they are at a sleepover. So go to AT&T dupont Highway newcastle delaware and ask for ricky. You will be glad you did.

Friendly, knowledgeable and was able to save me money. Very clean and service was fast and efficient. Thank you for knowing what your customers needed and explained without making us feel old. Technology is hard for some, this team makes it easy.

Tracy was amazing this weekend when I went into the bear de. Location to add a line. She was in there by herself and not only did she help me, she was also assisting another customer as well. She is awesome I have never had better customer service in a cellphone store thus far. Thank you

I had the most horrible experience here there was a girl who sold me this phone and when I came back to get some information on why it wasn't working right, she was very rude and unprofessional towards me and it showedthat she didn't know too much about the products that she sells because she told me that my phone wasn't capable of having the specific feature I had problems with when in fact it did. Fortunately someone else was able to step in and help me with my phone she was a Spanish girl and was very helpful she made me forget about my problems with the other employee. Either way the feature that I was having problems with worked fine the whole time I just was doing something wrong myself and if it wasn't for very pretty Spanish girl, I don't know what my day would have look like as the other girl try to ruin it with her unprofessional and impatient character. Won't choose this, it definitely won't be my go to guarantee that much. Also it's very small and doesn't have a lot to offer as far as accessories.

The person who attended us was super friendly, efficient and fast. He explained everything to me very clearly and besides, he offered me help in my first language, which is Spanish. Super pleased with that store in New Castle Delaware.

Positive experience getting help from the representative in the store. She was able to fix the iPhone issues seamlessly. The store is clean, and orderly making the atmosphere pleasant.

Amazing help today at the South DuPont Highway AT&T Store. Andrew took the time to patiently answer my questions about photo storage, transfer, and overall better phone usage and functioning. So, so happy to find such a professional, direct experience!

This location and the sales associates are just simply the greatest. I am an older lady just learning about technology. The associates are so patient and friendly. I look forward to coming here with my problems.

I have been having a problem connecting my iPhone 11 XR with my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I could not get the maps Waze to audio talk while I am driving. So after leaving the iPhone manufacturer who couldn't help, the Ford dealership who couldn't help but suggested I contact my provider which was AT&T.

So I went to AT&T going to pass on Highway in New Castle there I met the manager Linda. She diagnosed the problem and then turn me over to her sales associate Jeremy who actually walked me out to my vehicle and within five minutes head the voice command coming out of my speakers in my car.

I had to come here during my lunch because my phone kept saying "No sim", but I had just got this phone. Anyways Five stars for Tracy for helping me fix it within 2 minutes of me walking in the door.
