Chef's Cut Pizzeria

Go for the pizza! This was a cozy pizza spot on the other side of the train tracks from the ice rink. The pizza crust had great garlic parmesan flavor and was well balanced between crispy outside and soft inside. The toppings were just right to include the cheese. We ordered the meat lovers and a Hawaiian pizza and they were delicious. They offered various pizza sizes for all sizes of bellies to fill. My hubby was not a big fan of the wings and said it was just ok. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s probably not big enough for a party over 10. I will definitely return.

I only give service a 4 because there were a couple mistakes made, but they were quickly corrected. The pizza was delicious. The staff welcomed us in and when we were leaving, thanked us for coming. We appreciated that! We went to try the pizza there because we heard them sponsor a segment on ESPN Louisville 680. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

This place has been open 6 years and we have been missing out on awesome pizza! First time here today and the supreme was perfect-the right amount of toppings, cooked to perfection with a tasty crust. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back and try the Hot Brown pizza next time. Wish they would open a location in JTown :)

Fantastic pizza at decent prices. Pizza and wing buffet for lunch is an unbeatable price and its delicious. Got the hot brown pizza and it was one of the best I've had in town.

The Stromboli and Meatball subs were delicious! The sandwich bread was very fresh. The cheese pizza was wonderful! Very good service.

The pizza is CRAZY good! We had a pepperoni and it was the best pizza I've had in a really long time and we didn't wait very long for it either. The atmosphere is cool, our server was very nice and you can see the Chef right there making your food. Definitely recommend this place if your in the mood for an absolutely delicious pizza!

It is a honor of mine to support Chef's Cut Pizzeria, the employees and owner John Railey. My initial experience of tasting Mr. Railey's delicious food 😋 was not at his Restaurant but at a Community Event we both Volunteered for. He was a Chef creating his magical food on a Smoker and I assisted with preparation and serving the Community "Free" food. The food was seasoned well, delicious, tender and a joy in your mouth. I happened to notice that Mr. Railey was being interviewed by the News and jokingly asked if he was famous. He humbly said that he was not famous and explained how Community Service is a part of his job. His actions truly speak much louder than words. I ordered the wings at first and the kid’s pizza for my daughter. The pizza was so dang delicious and fresh and the wings were better than many wing spots I’ve been.

We were just passing through and decided to try Chef's Cut Pizza. Atmosphere and service was great. Great fast and friendly service. We ordered the Hot Brown Pizza and it was delicious.

I love this place. It embodies small town entrepreneur. It's a pizza place with a bit of a dive atmosphere, it feels like walking into your house for dinner. It's comfortable. The employees are wonderful, I havent met a bad one yet. The food is good. The wings are my favorite. They know what they are with some wings. Without sounding cliche, if you've had a bad day and need a place to pull it back together. Go to chef's cut, get a beer and an order of wings. I guarantee you feel better by the time you leave. This place feels like home and I'll be a customer as long as he keeps making pizza and wings.

FANTASTIC!!! You will NEVER go wrong here. It takes me back to being on the east coast. I would give it more stars but Google sets the limit plus the owner gives back to the community. If you don’t go here it is your loss.

Chefs Cut and The Post have the best pizza in all of Louisville and the entire state of Kentucky . Coming from California it’s been hard to find decent food. Chefs cut is always satisfying. Skip the other places and just go to chefs cut.

Take this from a New Yorker, best pizza hands down anywhere. I love this place. I don't get to go often enough now that I moved further away. But this was my hangout for a long time. If my team orders pizza for work, this is the only place we call. Stop in, chef and his entire crew will make you feel at home. Unless you ask for health food, to which, you went to the wrong place. Chef's is all about delicious food and a friendly environment.

The Hot Brown pizza is a must and the pepperoni rolls are legit!!!

Chefs cut is a slice above the rest! Wednesdays they have remarkable. 50 cent wings. I highly recommend the jerk rub or the bbq. They also run a daily 2 slice and a drink for 3 dollars or a buffet! Don't miss out on this great place to eat.
