This is my go to post office. Even though I have a post office like 2or 3 mins down the street I'd rather make the 10 min drive to Gardner lane post office. Only because I can go and drop off packages anytime day or night and I use nothing but the kiosk to help me get my important packages to there owners quickly and safely!! It's as simple as the touch of a few buttons and just like that your package gets sent out with a quickness! I'd much rather use the kiosk then to deal with some of the unkind individuals that work behind the counters. So hats off to the 24 hour service on gardner!!

Just here to give this location better ratings! The employees are always courteous when I go there.

Postal worker was by herself when I got there and she moving that line fast, she was super nice even with all the pressure. She was awesome!!!

Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location. This location has extremely long hours and typically atleast 2 if not 3 registers open. I use this location quite often and never had an issue. The clerks are nice. Honestly its the costumers that are likely the problem. Not ready, not sure what to do.

I wish I knew the young man’s name… African American with locs. My daughters and I went for a passport appointment. He was extremely professional, efficient, polite, and knew the policies and procedures. He deserves a positive review.

I just went in to get my passport renewed, and Jay and Robin gave myself and others present some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Everyone was dealt with graciously and efficiently. The expected timeframes for various deliveries and services were thoroughly explained, along with the contact information and tracking services for following up.
An elderly woman was very frustrated by having gotten the runaround at a different station, and while Jay and Robin weren't authorized to directly resolve her issue, they listened empathetically and offered her sage advice on how to properly pursue the resolution of her issue. She left reassured and having been helped and listened to. Several other customers were also helped in the 3-5 minutes that aiding me in mailing off my passport documents took.

I have used four different post offices around town this year and an effort to get the packages for my small business out. I know everything runs through the central processing place, but as far as the lobbies and staff go this is my favorite. lines might be long but they keep them moving pretty quick. Staff is very friendly. And for whatever reason packages I've sent through here have gotten into the flow much more quickly than those I I mailed through places like Middletown.

All super hero’s don’t wear capes!! I visited the location on Gardiner Lane in Louisville, KY on January 25, 2020, with concerns about my package that I mailed using the wrong type of delivery. The ladies working were so kind!! They helped me locate my package and redirect it to ensure it made it to the correct destination by my desired date. I did not catch these ladies’ names, but hopefully someone from USPS sees this!! Thank you ladies, again.

I reached out to the Post Office for some info about getting a passport for a trip in the coming year. I was unable to get any info from my local office, but I called this branch and spoke with Carmen Tyler who really went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed. She reached out to several other branches on my behalf and called me back with the direct number of a post master who could walk me through everything I needed apply successfully.

This is what a truly customer focused government agency should look like. Kudos and thank you for all your help.

Always pleasant when I go which is frequently

Everyone has always been super helpful and friendly at this location! However, please update Saturday hours on Google, it says the location is open til 3:30pm on Saturday and it is 2:12pm and many people at the kiosk because the closing time is actually 1pm!

I’m not sure why some people are so salty about this post office. I literally just got in and out in 5 minutes, at 4:50PM on a Wednesday. I shipped out a package. Only a few people in line and two registers open. I think some people just expect too much from a post office.

Hard working people. They always get my packages to me ahead of time and I've never had a a problem with lost or stolen mail. These people need a raise✌Thank you.

Post Offices must be the type of place that only gets a review when someone has a bad experience. It's a post office. Wait your turn, treat strangers with respect, and accept your fate when the clerk tells you "there's nothing I can do."

I have to say, I have used a lot of Posts Offices. Thus far this is one of the more efficient. The people are nice enough to take time to answer your questions. Never had a problem. Hours are great too.

Most people usually only leave feedback when they have a negative experience, so I just wanted to share that I have always had a good experience at this location as the staff is courteous and helpful, and the late hours are excellent for getting things postmarked same day!
