This company is just great!

Terrible! I never even got to the point of seeing their work, because the customer service was so horrific. I had to cancel an estimate appointment last minute. Instead of giving me options to reschedule or anything else, the lady on the phone rudely groaned and said "alright" and hung up on me! Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Not even going to consider them further just because of the rude woman on the phone. She needs to be fired.
