Nurse Freeman is a good caregiver. If I were rating her against the doctors of my youth, i would give her 4 stars, but vs the doctors i have seen in the last 25 years, she deserves 6 stars solely for her listening. She is also far more through than most, more caring, less hurried and just pleasant to be around.

Absolutely horrific customer service and experience. I expected way more from Emily and her staff, especially after they make patients wait, screw up times and forget to follow up.

Go somewhere else where the medical staff cares.
