Currently live in one of their apartment. I’m pretty satisfied with their service and attentiveness to their customers and property. Any issues with maintenance or questions they rapidly give an answer or assist. The price of the apartment I would say it’s reasonable and affordable.

They're my landlords, I haven't had any complaints since I moved into one of their apartments in 2019... very friendly people who are happy to help when needed.

Very poor, unethical service. I am the Housing Advocate at a women’s domestic violence shelter and called asking about an available unit. The lady first just assumed these women had no money, weren’t working and wouldn’t qualify. When I explained that these women are simply fleeing domestic violence. It doesn’t make them any less qualified than anyone else. Yes they work and make money. She then said “well you can come get an application…if you want” in a laughing tone acting like it wouldn’t be worth our time or hers. Absolutely discriminatory, “better than” behavior.

Very Terrible Service.. I was stopped at the door and was told I wasn’t allowed to apply to a rental property because I’m a first time renter. Didn’t even ask my paystubs, credit score or nothing.. my credit score and paystubs makes me more then enough to qualify for the rental wouldn’t rent or buy land from this property very unprofessional.
