I've been seeing Dr. Nagy here for the last four years and have never had a problem with her, her PA Danielle or any of the staff. Short wait times, friendly staff, clean, modern and comfortable waiting areas and exam rooms. Plus open late- who else allows you to make a 6:30pm appointment on a Wednesday!? I saw another reviewer mention a receptionist named Linda and I was shocked to see anything negative written about her. That review actually prompted this one. Linda is absolutely wonderful.

Dr Rhyner is THE best Dr I've even been to he listens to you and actually cares. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The office is clean it's a great place for Dr's

Very pleasant personnel are employed here.
The ladies (Lynn) that check you in are very friendly.
The Doctors that i’ve seen Dr Bernstein and Dr Cooper are personable as well as knowledgeable.
The doctors also have excellent nurses.
My husband and I switched to the Ascension clinic in Germantown.
My husband and I are pleased we switched to this clinic.

I've been a patient here since I contracted a rare blood disorder when i was 4. Dr. Andrew Knoerchild has been my primary care doctor for the enterity of the process while he is still my primary care doctor today. I'm 27. I had to make incredibley difficult decisions in response to my blood disorder which Dr. Andy guided me through. It brings me great pleasure to say I beat this disorder and I have Dr. Andy to thank. He's great with families and invests himself heavily into his medicine. Would recomend to anyone.

My son, his father, and I all go to this clinic. I usually see Monica Braun, and I cannot express how thankful I am for her. I got suddenly sick, and she pulled out all the stops to help me figure out what was going on. She listens, and because of her I'm walking almost normally again. And, for the first time in almost a year, I am able to run. Thank you. Thank you.

Dr marx is great but one of the receptionist was quite rude and brushed me off and had no intentions on helping me. I know it only takes less than a minute to write prescription and I live in Racine. I was only in germantown that evening and was very disappointed with Linda's service. I've been going here for 13 years and now am looking elsewhere for a new Dr.

The pcps and nurseing staff here seem to only posses the problem solveing ability to handle cold and flu season any problem beyond that your stuck useing google and figureing it out on your own. Then they call you rude when your trying to figure out how to deal w the problem. Ordering test is great but if your not actually gonna try to do anything to solve the problem it pretty much just makes you an overpaid and underqualified for your position.

Was told an issue would be addressed within 2 weeks. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard back.
