Hampton Inn & Suites Radcliff/Fort Knox

Clean rooms great service. Loved the precious ladies up front. They were so fun.

We had the best experience last night. We walked in late for our reservation and were met by the two ladies at the front desk. Admittedly, we had been at a wedding and were cracking jokes and these two ladies didn’t disappoint. We had a hilarious interaction and it just seemed like a fun place. They were great and made my wife and I feel welcome and valued as a guest.

We were in Town for a baseball tournament and the location was great about 15 minutes from the field. Complimentary breakfast was good and the options changes each morning a little. The kids loved the waffle station. Plenty of food options nearby with several in walking distance. A Walmart very close. The hotel was clean and the staff was great! Would definitely choose to stay again!

Location is great; Walmart, restaurants and shopping all nearby. Hotel was very clean. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We left our good “My Pillow” bed pillow behind. I called. They had it and they’re shipping it to me!!
Some hotels would not have been as honest. Highly recommend!!

I was a bit concerned booking here instead of Elizabethtown but I was happily surprised. The rooms and hotel were immaculately cleaned. I was in a room just outside the elevators and surprisingly didnt hear any noise or disruptive sounds during my stay. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and made amazing suggestions on places to dine as well as a bourbon tour within walking (stumbling) distance. The pool was heated and available. It was cool upon entry but after a minute or two you noticed the heated element. The gym is as expected of a hotel...treadmill, light weights, elliptical, water and towels. The breakfast was timely and well stocked.

There is a nice restaurant across the street...in walking distance. In addition to a McDonald's, Taco Bell, BK and neighborhood Walmart. It's a fairly straight shot to Fort Knox and easily accessible to the major highways and through ways.

I'll recommend this to anyone visiting Fort Knox and the surrounding areas.

I would stay at Hampton Inn more often if they would stop raising their rates. This hotel is clean, has a very friendly staff. Plus great location for just about anything you would need.

I expect customer service to be excellent at a Hilton Property, but this Hampton Inn takes it to a new level. Absolutely the most personable and welcoming front desk staff I’ve met anywhere I’ve stayed. One staff member overheard me say that I wished I had brought a blanket to take to the ball field for a tournament, as it was cold, and she went and got a blanket and offered without being asked. I wish I had her name as it was a Godsend. The decor is modern and clean. The complimentary breakfast is hearty with omelette, sausages, waffles, cereal, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice, and coffee and tea. This is a bonus for families as it saves a restaurant trip and there is something for everyone. It is located about 12 minutes from the Elizabethtown Sports Complex, making it very convenient for tournaments. Well lit parking with very good handicapped accessibility.

This was one of the BEST Hampton Inns I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff was amazing! The last morning we had to leave before breakfast was served and they had "to go" bags packed. I've never seen that before. Thanks for everything!

Dawn who is one of the front desk manager is awesome, she really cares about her guests. She goes out her way to make sure her guests are taken care of, whether you need a shoulder to cry on, an ear to talk to or to vent to. The hotel is really lucky to have her as an employee. Because of her this is the only hotel I will ever stay at!

Great hotel, convenient for all business in E-town and surrounding areas. Dawn welcomed us at the front desk and she is a gem!!!

Now the establishment in general, it was quiet, room was very clean, but would prefer to have a working fan on bathroom (room 227). Breakfast was on point. Will definitely stay again. Thanks. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Location was perfect for attending military graduation. Front desk clerk Dawn made our visit awesome!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly (Ms. Dawn in particular). The room and all areas I went to were well maintained. I travel a lot for work. I can say I'd stay here again anytime! You get 10% off your meal at the steakhouse (Colton's) across the street, for being a guest!

Friendly staff, nice, clean rooms and very convenient. When I checked in they were quite busy but the young lady managing the desk made sure to greet each person as they came in and assure them she would take care of them as quickly as possible. This was unusual, I’m certain since it was 9:00 pm on a Wednesday evening! Breakfast was handled well and the server/preparer was efficient as well. Good hot & cold offerings too.

The woman at the front desk will make your stay. She is warm, friendly, very upbeat, and just a delight. Rooms are average and clean. Lots of food within walking distance as well as a neighborhood walmart.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The floors in the lobby are super slick if you have snow on your shoes, so be sure to wipe off really good before coming in and be super careful when transitioning from the entry carpets to the tile? floor. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area. The pictures online do not do it justice.

Spotless from top to bottom, inside and out. Conveniently located on the main thoroughfare. Friendly and helpful staff. The coffee provided in the lobby was pretty good but the coffee provided in the room will kill your tastebuds. Amenities were on point. Overall great stay👌 Will definitely use again for future trips

Wonderful service! The ladies at the front desk on all shifts were amazing and super friendly! Very clean rooms. Very satisfied with the stay and cleanliness of rooms and hotel!

Best people ever. I travel for a living and stay in a different hotel every week for 48 weeks a year. I hosted my wedding in Radcliff and we had several people have to travel outside the state and myself included. The people there treated us and everyone in my party like we were family. They went above and beyond for all of us and made our stay one to remember.

Our stay here was accidental. We originally had reservations at a nearby hotel and they overbooked us and booked us here. I'm glad they did. The customer service from Dawn was above and beyond. She was outgoing, accommodating and fun. It's an older hotel, so we didn't expect our room to look brand new but it was clean. It was the customer service from Dawn that did it for us. The hot breakfast was also delicious, with the customer service being a high point of breakfast too. If you're in this area and need a place to stay, I recommend here.
