If you are in need of anything grill-related, this is the spot to go! Wauwatosa Ace Hardware has a phenomenal range of grills and grilling accessories. I had tried (3) local stores before coming here and finding exactly what I needed without any issues. They also have a good selection of outdoor products, power tools and accessories, paint, and much more. I also enjoy shopping their seasonal area and have picked up some great outdoor home decorations in the past. Great, friendly staff really rounds out the experience.

Always friendly and helpful. If they do not have what you need in stock, they'll try to find a substitute.

ACE Hardware is a fantastic place to shop for all your, well everything! I went there to have a home key made and the service was great. Wide selection of designer keys and your basics. They have a great selection of tools, shovels of every type, power tools, bathroom items, outlets, light covers, and really the sky's the limit. They even hand out American Falgs your way out! This shows that they're very patriotic; which I love. I guarantee I'll be returning to this ACE!!

This place is great! The staff is super helpful and attentive. Tyler was kind enough to help me put on a license plate in the parking lot since the screw holes on my car had gotten messed up. I really appreciate his assistance and will continue to come here!

Way better than big box stores. They have people, and good people too. They know their stuff. I also got the best price on an ego trimmer set. Neat and clean too.

Took my snowblower to this store for service. $25.00 is charged for examination to determine the problem, and is credited to the repair service if you decide to have the repair done. Excellent deal if you ask me. I was very happy with their service dept.They saved me lots of. $$$$$$ doing this repair. FIVE STARS *****.

Always have a great shopping experience at this Ace Hardware. As soon as you are through the door, there is someone there to help you find what you need. So much better than going to Menards and wandering around lost for forever.

I called about 20 minutes before closing with a "hardware emergency" and asked if they would be able to accommodate me. The girl who answered said "Of course! Come on in!"
When I got there, she greeted me, asked how she could help, directed me to the section I needed to go to, and gave me the name of the associate who could help me in that section.
After making my way over, the Assistant Manager offered to help me while the other staff member finished what he was doing. Not only did the Assistant Manager help me with everything I needed, we had a wonderful conversation that seemed to speed up what could have been several minutes of awkward silence (we've all been there). When I was ready to check out, he walked me back up to the front and even said goodbye to me before he went to finish his closing duties.
Of course, I forgot a small item and needed to be directed to another area, but on the way there I saw the Assistant Manager again a few aisles down who smiled, waved to me, and said "Hello again!"
I made my way back up to the front where the nice lady had held the rest of my items for me and checked out. I thanked her for helping me even though they were about to close and she said, "Of course! If we're here, we're always willing to help."
It may not seem like much, but this was a stop for something work-related after a hectic 12 hour shift that I would need for my next 12 hour shift the following day. To be honest, I was absolutely dreading walking into a hardware store (right before closing) and feeling like an idiot because I had no idea what I was doing or where I was going. The last hardware store I went to made me want to only ever google my problems and order the solution on Amazon.
I don't know if they have special training here, are old fashioned, or are just inherently wonderful people, but I will absolutely be back to this gem of a store. Thank you for helping and educating an inexperienced person who just wants to learn how to do things with their own hands!

Please give the man a raise! Matt assisted me with my dilemma in hooking up my LP heater with adaptors.
I was at two other Ace stores today, and would not have had to chase around had I met Matt first!

the best Ace Around. worth the extra few minutes. the people here actually care about your buying experience. the managers a smart man to tell his workers to make sure everyone has a great experience. im a (10 year) carpenter and this is by far one of the best hardware stores around. everyone here deserves a great wage.

Stopped in quick for a light switch everyone was very friendly and helpful.

OMG where do I start??? I walked in and was greeted by Marilyn. She is very humble and smiling making my day an awesome despite my urgent. She helped me with a phone call. She arranged AAA to come and help me with my car. Talk about going above and beyond her job. I will never forget her!

This has been my go to store since moving to Tosa in September. They have everything I need from yard tools to hardware to bird seed and more. But the big reason I give this store 5 stars is the staff. During my most recent visits, I was assisted by two young men that were exceptional in helping me locate items and in explaining different types of a product and helping my select what best met my needs. Kudos to these guys!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! We bought a grill last weekend and they were willing to deliver us the floor model immediately, they practically followed us home. They suggested the floor model so we can walk out with a grill that day without the hassle of assembling a new one on our own. Grill works perfectly as expected! Alex the store manager was very prompt to help this activity run as smoothly as possible! Thanks Ace!!

Despite the fact that the checkout people were very busy talking amongst themselves, I was able to get a key, and I was able to get picture hanging hardware from people who were very helpful. This is my go-to hardware store here in Wauwatosa.

Great neighborhood hardware store. Prices are higher than the big box stores, but the customer service is out of this world in comparison. The new layout is impressive and well kept.
