Walgreens

Never had a problem with fulfilling a prescription or getting assistance when I needed it. Friendly staff as well is a super plus.

To those of you who write negative reviews. How many times have you been to this Walgreens and how many times were you only thinking about yourself and not the other customers that were in line ahead of you. The pharmacy services a lot of older clients; so patience a virtue. Not a me me me, type of pharmacy.

This Walgreens is by far the best in the area. Great customer service, prescriptions in a timely manner, and staff is always incredibly friendly. If I call in to speak to the pharmacy there is rarely a lengthy hold time. All other Walgreens in the area will have me on hold for 30mins at least!

Yes this pharmacy is busy. For all you inpatient rude people: want a refill? Punch in your RX number in the automated system. Drop off the Rx. Come back later. I worked as a pharmacy tech 20 years ago in college. There is one tech that manages to be bubbly having to face hordes of people. Be reasonable. If your insurance gives you trouble? Boo hoo be happy you have insurance. Give them time to sort it out, come back.

I got here often and always have great service! If anything’s slow going it’s usually because it’s a busy time for them. And honestly every business (post covid) is understaffed. I feel all the bad reviews are mostly unfair.

Mike from Wauwatosa and State St pharmacy has been so very helpful in paperwork and phone calls and helping in a calm and respectful way to get insurance documents done correctly. He is so in important in a stressful time. That is a true and valued customer support person. In my opinion the store manager Josh and Mike ( pharmacy) need a call out from Walgreens Headquarters on there customer appreciation. Great job men. From the Rajkovic Family

We have been going here for years. The pharmacy staff recognizes the customers. It has a nice neighborly feel, even though it is a standard Walgreens.

Everyone is extremely friendly. I tend to go to this location or the one on Bluemound Rd quite regularly as the selection is incredible; not to mention, the store is neat and clean!
