Wow! Above and beyond!! It's Christmas Eve, I'm visiting from out of state, I've been living with Parkinson's Disease for over ten years and today I tested positive for COVID. My insurance denied coverage for Paxlovid but the pharmacy intern at Froedert didn't take no for an answer. He went the distance, spent 45 minutes on the phone answering questions to get an exception filed with the insurance company. Thank You Froedtert Pharmacy !!!

While filling my new script one of the techs told me the cost is high and that Medicare would not cover it. She then helped me find Medicare’s customer support number and coached me on what to say. Although the cost remained high—$100 [gulp]—at least I knew what I was in for. Very courteous; very professional.

The pharmacy offers a nice selection of OTC medicines and vitamins/supplements The staff are efficient. My prescriptions are filled quickly. The pharmacists briefly review each prescriptions at the checkout and they are always willing to answer questions. The place is busy yet staff takes time for each patient.

They always have my prescriptions ready when I call them ahead of time. There can be some wait on your prescriptions if you come in and drop them off, it all depends on how busy they are at the time. I think the longest I have waited was about 15-20 minutes, the shortest, just 5 minutes.

Fast easy and very nice. They had a medication I needed when no one else did.

My home pharmacy with insurance was still too much.
So assistant used a coupon instead bringing it down to about $30.00. Then it is sent to my house.

Very helpful in solving a mix up situation with another pharmacy and they were still able to fill my prescription within 15 minutes they were very helpful, courteous, and friendly..great customer service!!

Always have what I need & usually a short wait time compared to their competitors. The OTC products are MUCH cheaper as well.

Great pharmacy! They are fast and they have alot of otc medicine, lotion and other healthcare needs you can get for good prices.
