Dr. Peterson was very considerate to our interests with how care would progress. She put together a comprehensive care plan that tailored our best interests and decisions. we are very pleased and happy that our friend is back on his feet and enjoying the full use of his injured leg with no pain. She had instituted her great team to assist when needed with utmost care and concern as well, making certain comfort was cared for during exam and associated administrations of care. Thank You!

I made a “new patient” appointment for my dog and it happened to land on the day we had a huge snow storm. Their office decided to close at noon and I was scheduled for 2:45pm. They called to reschedule me and I expressed my desire to get in because I had some concerns about my pooch. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and squeezed me in at 10:30am.
The vet tech, Mallory was lovely too. She bundled up to take my dog outside to gather a urine sample, so they could get it tested same day…I thought my pup may have a UTI. She did! And because of Mallory, they were able to start my dog on antibiotics that day. The veterinarian, Dr. Andrea Sobon was referred to me by a friend and she did not disappoint! She spent almost 2 hours with me explaining and answering all my questions. She is beyond amazing at her job!
I recommend this clinic if you are looking for a vet and staff that genuinely have your pets best interest at heart.

When we purchased our dog and had a very tight window for having her checked out, I panicked! From the moment I called New Berlin Animal Hospital I felt comforted, welcomed, and supported. Amy was so pleasant over the phone and she was able to get us in within our window. Each and every appointment since has truly been a pleasure! After my dog sustained an injury at the groomer, we called our vet on the way home. They were able to get my dog in right away, after examination the vet explained the different approaches for resolving the injury and helped us make the best decision for long term recovery. The staff is very caring and you know your pet is in good hands.

We have been seeing the same vet for years, but recently moved to the New Berlin area and chose New Berlin animal hospital based on community recommendations. We were not disappointed. We have had long time issues with our pup and our new vet addressed all of our concerns right out of the gate that made us feel comfortable and confident with our care moving forward. We are so happy with the switch and will be long time clients of New Berlin Animal Hospital!

Everyone here is so friendly and informative! You can tell that they love taking care of animals. My dog is incredibly shy and they were very sweet to him.

I love NBAH! I have gone other places over the years, mainly due to Covid and limited appointments available, and no one compares to New Berlin. We started going when it first opened and I was still living at home with my parents. We have been going every since even now that I have my own home and family pets. Every vet is thoughtful and patient. Compassion is in the veins of every employee and veterinarian. I love it there. It's a drive, but worth it. Try NBAH..... You won't be disappointed. 😊💗

They are helpful, kind, and take such good care of my dog. They take the time to answer questions & give advice, and I never feel rushed. I have a big dog who gets nervous easily, but the staff are so sweet with him. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
