This provided me with confidence heading into this new and otherwise intimidating venture. When I was ready to make an offer on a home, he provided valuable counsel amidst an extremely competitive sellers’ market. The first offer I made was accepted! Also, Newton asserted himself on my behalf and successfully negotiated a positive resolution to a significant home inspection issue.
