Eagle Roofing

During adding to my review I somehow lost my original. Bill Alexander performed a service call at my residence to inspect a leak at my chimney after all the current rain we had. After having the chimney repointed and new roof installed it wasn’t quite apparent where water was getting in.

As with the first review, again Bill took the time to repair the area of concern without question and Eagle roofing was quick to address my issues. Thanks to all involved

The estimate was in line with the insurance company estimate and Debbie and her team were very easy to work with. They completed the work quickly and professionally. They added all new plywood and gutter guards. They cleaned up the area quickly and it looks great.

Eagle Roofing did a fantastic job from start to finish with installing our new roof. Both the office team and the installers were very professional and courteous every step of the way. The office team helped me work through insurance issues even when they did not have to, and the installation team removed the old roof and installed the new roof in just 1 day! Afterwards, they used magnetic rods to pick up screws that had fallen to the grass and used a blower to clear off loose gravel on our pathways. Great job Eagle Roofing! Thank you.

I am so pleased from start to finish with Eagle roofing. We had a branch fall on our back patio roof and smash the skylight.
In 2021 contractors are hard to come by, especially for small jobs, but they came out very quickly, gave me a very fair price, and got the job completed in a few weeks. I also asked them to install top gutters all the way around and they did a great job with that too.
Great communication, nice people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Eagle Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. From my request for a proposal, through material selection and on to actual replacement, it was very easy to do business with the company. They responded quickly to my request for a proposal, using drone/satellite imagery as the basis for their estimate. Their proposal was very competitive, and they offered a good selection of roofing materials. On the job, they were neat and did a great job protecting our landscaping and fixtures all around the house. Throughout the process, when I had questions, they were available and responded quickly. Overall, I highly recommend Eagle Roofing.

I gave them a call a week ago to have somebody come out to give me an estimate to repair a small leak in our roof. Communication was great from their office. Bill came out, was on time, polite and professional. He fixed the issue in no time, and even inspected our roof for a few other quick fixes. We asked how much life our roof had, he informed us it’s still in good shape and it still had a few years at minimum until needing replacement. I’ll definitely use them when we do end up needing replacement. Top notch company.

Eagle Roofing definitely met my goals of finding a roofing company that was honest, trustworthy & reliable, to replace my roof with the Certainteed Landmark Pro dimensional roofing system and at a fair price. They also did a good quality installation and have been in business long enough to have a good solid track record with excellent reviews and an A+ BBB rating. Eagle Roofing is large enough to handle big jobs, yet small enough where I was able to personally deal with the owners at every step of the way, who have a personal interest in maintaining their excellent standards. I would personally recommend Eagle Roofing to anyone in need of a roof or roof repairs.

June, 2018 We are extremely pleased with our new roof from Eagle Roofing. The price was reasonable and the job superior. We had one minor problem and Eagle agreed to repair the problem; so not only are we pleased with the job we are grateful to deal with an honorable firm. The customer service is superior. Cannot think of any negatives! I would definitely recommend Eagle Roofing to anyone requiring a roof replacement.

Eagle Roofing is Amazing! The office worker was extremely helpful in getting an appointment scheduled fast and they squeezed us in on a Friday afternoon. When the guys came to provide the estimate they explained the problem, which was very very minor and explained to my husband how to fix it! We will absolutely use and recommend this company again!

Eagle Roofing of Newark, DE replaced part of my roof and siding that had been damaged in a storm. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, their professional crew, and the fare price that I was quoted. I called my original roofer who had given me a Lifetime Guarantee, and they never returned my calls, I guess the job wasn't big enough. That wasn't the case with Eagle roofing, they just knew I had a problem and were happy to help.

They are a small company that does business like a big one... meaning, you get good communication with the owners while the work being done is top quality and in a timely manner. As an added bonus, Eagle is a 5 star Certainteed installer. Do your homework. Not all installers are certified installers. They can give you a much better warranty that holds within the Certainteed network.

I hated shopping for a roof. I got 10 quotes some over $10,000 for a tiny roof. I painfully found my top two and started asking questions. Company B who was not Eagle Roofing did not return my calls. The owner of Eagle Roofing, Kevin called me after I had asked some serious questions to his wife. Kevin took almost a half hour if not more to answer my questions and get me completely comfortable with what I was about to pay for. No question went unanswered. He was so pleasant and I apologized a few times about my many questions but he didn’t mind and understood why I was asking. The roof I was having put on was for a rental and I was unable to be there for the day of install. The crew took pictures at my request each step of the way and even did some things free of charge. Needing a roofer many times in my profession I am extremely happy with the service and quality received. It was worth the 4 week search effort. I now know I can just call Eagle next time and get on my way. I am beyond relieved that I found them. Thank you again Eagle Roofing!

Overall, Eagle Roofing was every easy to do business with. They were very open to questions and provided the right level of explanation of what needed to get done and why. After sale was done, they kept us informed of what steps were required so we were able to schedule things accordingly. Pleasure to do business with!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. This company just literally finished my new roof an hour ago and I have to say they did a fabulous job. The color and quality is exactly what I was going for. I upgraded to the Landmark Pro Shingles in Burnt Sienna and it looks good. A lot better than my old grey roof that really had no material left to it. Deborah answers all my questions. I hit her with a 15 question list and she answered every one, even my trick question was answered correctly. I knew then I found a reputable company. The guys showed up on time, tarp everything, and went to work. Any questions they answered. When it was done they cleaned everything up and made sure no nails was left. They even cleaned the debris left in my neighbors yard. I’m having my gutters installed by them as well and can’t wait to see it all done.

Eagle roofing did a great job on my Father's Gazebo! Reasonable price. It was hard to even find a contractor willing to look at the job. I highly recommend them!
