We received First Class service from A&S Plumbing. From my first phone conversation to the end of the service call, A&S was professional and friendly. We had a clogged main sewer line that had backed up into our basement. We were treated with care and concern. A&S was able to have a truck in my driveway within 2 hours and the service was completed in less than 1 hour. The charges were reasonable and clearly explained ahead of the service. The plumber, Mike, and his co-worker were clean and polite. They are a real asset to the company. I will certainly be calling A&S for any future plumbing needs as well as recommending A&S to friends and family.

Professional, quality service! We called A & S Plumbing to remove our old kitchen faucet and install a new pull-down faucet. We also asked to have an old water line and filter assembly removed for our refrigerator. Customer service was great and we were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Our plumber was able to arrive earlier than promised (after a call to make sure the new time worked for us). The installation of the new faucet and removal of the filter/water line went smoothly and was professionally done. The plumber was very courteous and left the work area clean. The total cost was a bit more than we anticipated, but everything costs more lately and "you get what you pay for". We are very satisfied with our experience with A & S Plumbing!

I sent an email on a Sunday, a few hours later Courtney responded! She got me scheduled for Tuesday, I picked the afternoon, but Paul called early and was able to come sooner. He had the job done quickly, showed me where to turn my water off if there was an emergency! Exceptional customer service and I will definitely use them in the future!

Our water heater went out. Even though A&S was booked out two weeks, Courtney arranged for Mike to come out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately we needed a new water heater but Mike was able to get us a temporary fix so we could have hot water as we waited for our new unit. We were very appreciative of the excellent customer service by Courtney, and the professional service by Mike!

I cannot say enough good things about A&S. From talking to Courtney on the phone who is kind, knowledgeable and professional to the service and quality, we’ve been so pleased. We had Mike in particular, who was simply amazing at his job and wonderful to talk to. We will ALWAYS call A&S for all of our plumbing needs! Thank you for the amazing service!! Thanks to Courtney for the best customer service ever. She was so helpful and always kept me informed on my product order. She worked so hard at getting the best product for me and the best price (which was free). Unbelievable!! Courtney is a gem. Thank you again Courtney. And thank you to Ethan. He tried to repair our old kitchen faucet but he could not get the parts from the manufacturer. He installed our new faucet and he was so nice and so knowledgable. Great guy. Thank you Ethan.

Had a clogged toilet which wouldn't respond to my trials of fixing it, so called A&S. It was my first experience with them and I am quite pleased. Ethan was the representative who called first to make sure on a good time to arrive and he was here about 15 minutes later. He snaked the toilet and found the clog 1-2-3 and also repaired the fill valve in the tank (at my request) because it was sputtering water and quite calcified. He was out of here in approximately 1 hour or less, leaving a very satisfied customer behind. I do want to add that Courtney, who I spoke to with my initial call, was super pleasant and very accommodating to my needs. All-in-all a great experience and I would not hesitate to call A&S with any plumbing issue in the future. I highly recommend them!

I wasn't getting any hot water from my Tankless Water Heater, just nothing came out, but cold water worked. Steve came out today on this -24 ° weather and awful windchill and fixed it with ease. He was nice enough to answer my questions and concerns in person as well. Amazing company, amazing owner, I'm proud to support local and will do again and will recommend his company to others.

Mike came to our house to fix a leaking toilet. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to us what he was doing. We’d call him back if we need him again!

I have used this company a few times. Each time I have had a fantastic experience. They are professional, responsive and timely. They have fixed our water heater to adding a gas line from our house to our pool. Great company.

Mike put the camera down the pipe and knew right away what it was. such a relief to have this taken care of.
