Paddy Coughlin's Pub

This is the best Irish pub in the area and they try hard for excellence. Often busy at lunch time but worth a little waiting if you have the time. Great atmosphere, good for business lunch or lunch with friends. Guinness and cider on tap most days.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great service! The soups are Amazing and homemade. The sandwiches were sooo good. The steak sandwich was flavorful and not chewy. The bread pudding was a great way to end a fabulous lunch…along with a great Irish coffee. It’s a must for food…and drink!!

I arrived with a large group after a day at the Wisconsin Sheep and Wool festival. We didn't have a reservation, but the staff was super accommodating and offered us several options for seating. Our server Holly was on it and kept track of each individual tab with zero problems. We loved our food and the atmosphere after a long day of shopping and walking the fairgrounds.

In an absolutely packed place, they squeezed us in and served us as quickly as could be expected. Janelle did an excellent job despite the rush.

The Shepherd's pie was to die for. The chips are excellent. And the best part? The free mints at the end! Soft and cool as the other side of the pillow.

The manager also did an excellent job of dealing with an intoxicated patron at the bar, presumably convincing him to leave before getting too rowdy.

This place is absolutely amazing!! Everything on the menu is great. Pretty much have tried it all. Scratch made bar food is hard to find. Not anymore. It’s here. Would recommend this place to anyone who live in and around fort Atkinson or even traveling through the area. Wish I could give it more stars. Staff is excellent as well

Very excited to have discovered this place! We recently moved to the area and were looking for a fun place for a good fish fry and we were not disappointed! The environment is so fun and welcoming and the food is delicious! Very kid-friendly! Fried fish was great and not greasy at all! We can’t wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed the food here! The place was clean & wait staff were super friendly. Appetizers: we had broccoli cheese bites & the Ruben egg rolls. Main course: Ruben/fries, side salad with grilled chicken & steak salad. Highly recommend!

Paddy's never disappoints! The food is always consistent, as is there service. Come for a quick bite, a drink or simply just for a lovely dinner with friends and family! If I had to recommend one dish, it would definitely be the cheesecurds and pickle grilled cheese! Don't knock it until you try it.

We had appetizers. Coconut Shrimp, Cheese Curds and Big Pretzel. They were all really good. And the sauces that came with them is what really made them! The shrimp sauce was kinda like cocktail, but also kinda of a salsa with a little kick to it. The pretzel came with a warm dipping cheese. DELICIOUS!

After years in Ireland I love finding comfortable Irish Pubs to relax and share some good craic!
We came for a weekday lunch and found the Guinness smooth and the food very tasty. We had the soup burgers and fish tacos. The atmosphere is brighter than typical pubs with big windows and the skylight. Floor and table were a bit sticky but that was understandable due to the homey feel. Paddy’s was great overall, it would be an 8/10 rating on my list. 👍

Killer fish fry. The big deal here though is how well they manage the restaurant during busy times. Efficient friendly staff.

Went yesterday during the Kentucky Derby. The place was very busy with a great Irish pub feeling. The decor was awesome dark wood. Several beers on tap. I ordered the Ruebin and it was well worth the price. Very fun. Would recommend trying this place.

Excellent service. Food was phenomenal. For having a "bar" it wasnt really bar like. Could actually hear yourself think and carry on a conversation. Definitely recommend.

Stopped by just before closing. Ordered the whiskey burger and cheese curds. Burger was delicious and huge. I'm big on portions and this burger hit the spot. Staff was also friendly and welcoming. Top notch service even near closing time. Can't wait to go back.

Food is INCREDIBLE try the fish tacos!! This place is incredible it just feels cozy. Great place, great food and the service is always stellar. Highly recommend!

Came in for a bite. Cool place, nice atmosphere, great service and great food. Shephard pie was delicious and the boneless wings with sweet whiskey sauce was delicious as well.

I just moved to town and gave this place a try. The food was great and so was the service. The place seems to be packed every night and I can see why. The clam chowder on Fridays is the best. The prices are very reasonable for the quality.

I had the whiskey burger and it was prepared to perfection. I requested medium rare and that is what I received. The toppings on the burger paired well together. The ambiance of this pub is relaxing and inviting.

Love an Irish bar and this one doesn't disappoint. Really delicious food. Bread pudding to die for!! It was busy, good took a little while, but we had time so week didn't mind.
