This immediately became our new favorite Mexican restaurant. The service was fast and friendly. The portions were generous but not too much. The food was absolutely delicious!!! My wife usually opts for something with chicken and she said this was the best prepared and best tasting she has had in a long time. I like beef and cheese dishes and my enchiladas were wonderful.
The staff was attentive and helpful. Everyone was very pleasant.
We were very pleased with our dining experience and highly recommend Playa Vallarta.

This place is phenomenal! The menu is amazing, and the food was delicious. They have a kids menu with pikie eater options as well.

Awesome Mexican food. My wife and I have ate there several times and never had a bad meal. We also took our adult family (9 adults) for a meal and the service was great. Highly recommend the carnitas!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Jefferson County! Their margaritas are so delicious, try the prickly pear flavored its my fave! They have amazing dishes ranging from fajitas, burritos and their huge loaded nachos! Their signature cheese sauce is the best. We have eaten here many times and it never disapoints. Their wait staff is awesome, very attentive and friendly! Cant wait to dine here again!

I go there almost every other weekend to eat and have a Margarita....but everytime I go I always get something different to eat,and it's all sooooo delicious.....and the staff is so friendly and awesome.....

I have been told numerous times that this place was the real deal. I enjoyed the festive and casual atmosphere over the complimentary chips and salsa that were exactly what I needed. The meal was heavily portioned and and very tasty! I will be visiting again to try more of there extensive menu!

Great food inside of a nice, well maintained place. Staff is friendly and quick with service. Definitely wouldn't say authentic. (don't expect your food to have a lot of heat) But overall, the flavors are great, and everything I've had has been delicious.

The new building is a big hit. The food here has always been fantastic. The menu is large. The bar atmosphere is fun. It's bigger and better in the new building. Prices are average for good Mexican food. Serving sizes are large, shareable.

Always get the margaritas! Also great beer happy hour prices

This has to be the best Mexican food I've ever tried. We had to go back as soon as we could. Everything is fresh, well-made, and delicious. Will be repeat customers.

Excellent meals over three visits. Super service. Very appreciative of the attention paid to vegetable freshness and presentation (including the side salad). I think the tortilla chips are freshly made. Salsa very tasty!

Love the ambience! It’s really a Mexican restaurant.Free delicious tacos and salsa when you order any drinks. Margarita was buy one get one free when I was there :)
