I came in with a broken pouch. Before selling me anything, they looked at my pouch to see if they could fix it. It was not fixable. I purchased a replacement for a reasonable price which I really like. I even shared it with my brother because I knew he'd love it too.

I was just in there to make some random purchases, the guy that was working was amazing, he helped me to the point that I didn't need to buy a new item, he told me how to fix the ine I have already. Most places just want your money. Thank you guys for being human

I love this place! Abe is always helpful & knowledgeable of every product he sells in the store. Selection of tobacco is great also. I also get fantastic customer service here & never go anywhere else for my tobacco products now. I highly recommend Tobacco Land to everybody.

They help me a few times when getting gifts or in replacing broken Parts. Going by me describing a part I need but don't know the name of the part. Long story short. I go the right part. LoL 😆Thanks to their employees knowing their work 😉

The store is always clean. The staff is very nice and they have anything that you could possibly need in the ways of tobacco and vaping.
