Del-One Federal Credit Union - New Castle

Great credit union with Saturday morning hours and shared branch banking. The staff is always pleasant, professional, and helpful. They gave me a chance when my other credit union gave me attitude. I wish I could speak as highly about the website, but, sadly I can't. These guys are great and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I been a member with Del one bank for 10 years now. The branch I go to in New castle is great the tellers are friendly, the managers and reps that work in the branch are wonderful and have always been so helpful, but on Tuesday I got heart breaking news that I was denied for a holiday loan I applied for. I was very hurt and confused for I have gotten payday loans and holiday loans before and have NEVER been late or missed any payments. This was so heartbreaking because this will be the 1st Christmas I really don't know how I will make it work for my son. I am a single mom who lives pay check to pay check and really rely on this holiday loan. I pray a miracle will happen for me, for not only is it Christmas my 10 year old son turns 11 on December 19th.

Been a member with them for almost a year now. Sense I moved to DE, I began looking for a reliable bank like my old credit union. Del One fit the bill. I'm happy to say I've had no issues with this bank and will be staying with them for a very long time.

I been a member since 2005 i believe i had no problems they are great people they are helpful and kind love the consideration they give you been terrific people the changes are good we live with changes in our life every day they make feel welcome every time i go to this branch i can't ever remember having no issue with anyone there they are nice and polite
