Upper Valley Auto Mart

I visited this particular dealership within the last two weeks. Service was great, and vehicle prices at this dealership seemed more sane than at other car dealerships I have recently visited as well. To be honest, I'm going to get the car I now own fixed, so I won't need to purchase another vehicle. I just wanted to give honest and accurate reviews of the businesses I visit

Brad and Nick were so helpful getting me behind the wheel to a new car! I found other dealerships to be pushy and overwhelming, calling, texting and emailing me constantly to get a sale. Nick was super helpful communicating with me over text while also giving me space to think about my decision. Brad was transparent about pricing and ended up bringing down the price of the vehicle so that it was within my price range and literally treated me like family throughout the financing process. If you want an honest and low-stress car buying experience you have to visit Brad and his guys at Upper Valley Auto Mart!

Brent was super helpful and low-pressure throughout the whole process. Answered every question I had (to my knowledge) honestly, if I had a concern he wasn't trying to diminish it, and overall seemed very fair and knowledgeable. I actually ended up purchasing from somewhere else simply because they had exactly what I was looking for. But, I would not hesitate to recommend upper valley auto mart for anyone looking for a used car!

We bought 2 cars from Brad this week. This place is local and private owners. It’s so wonderful to support local. This is the fifth car we have bought from them and this is the only place we will do business.

These guys were absolutely amazing. I went to so many diffrent dealerships and they were litterally the only one that weren't "pushy" or just trying to sell me a car to get my money. I had even tried to give the salesman a tip at the end cause he went above and beyond to help me and he wouldn't accept it! I had an issue with one of the tires and a break pad like 2 weeks later and they ended up paying for me to get 4 brand new tires and pads all around! This was something they were not technically responsible for but they still went above and beyond to try and make sure I was happy. Theirs not 1 bad thing I could say about these guys. If you're looking for a vehicle I highly suggest going here!

I'm surprised that I didn't write a review already! I purchased my truck in Sept of 2020. Didn't want to show it, but first time buyer at a dealership. Saw an older truck that was in my price range and went for it. Test drive was super easy and they let you go for a while to make sure you really like it. Also, great conversations during the drive. I didn't have the best credit but they really went out of their way to see what can work for me. Found a loan that works but I needed a cosigner. They literally had someone drive to Boston so my aunt can help and cosign for me. Who does that? That's amazing service.

Long story short, I got the truck. And months later, no issues. Always give the mart a smile every time I drive past it now. Also, a good moment to take a sneak peek for the next purchase in the future.

This is the third car we have purchased at Upper valley auto mart and we couldn’t be happier. The cars are high quality and low miles. Pricing is way more than fair! Brad and Bob are so accommodating and easy to work with and Sooo low pressure! They want to make sure that it’s the exact right car and that the client is completely happy with their choices. I would highly recommend this auto dealer to anyone looking for an awesome vehicle at an awesome price with exemplary service!

I was very happy with the service I received here. They went that extra mile to make sure I got what I needed rather than selling me a more expensive car. These folks went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend them to anybody who shys away from dealerships because of pushy salesmen. I needed a car before mine was ready and they loaned me one for a couple days, no charge. These guys make you feel like family!

Amazing place to shop for your next vehicle!! These folks really know their stuff!! Just recently purchased a 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 in pristine condition from them! The price of the truck was way under blue book value, but the reason they did that was so banks would come CRAWLING to work with me, as they put it! Lol although my credit is horrible, and I've had horrible luck with vehicles in the past, they were still willing to work with me, which says a lot about they're quality care and service to their customers!! I'd definitely recommend going here when you're in the market for another rig!

Great staff, excellent fairly new vehicle inventory. Oldest car on lot is 2012. Brad, the GM, is a great guy who will do what he can to help you out. Very easy people to deal with, low pressure.
