Cedar Lake Grill

Iconic local family-run restaurant with small town friendly vibe. We visited late October on a Saturday night and the joint was jumping: families, groups of fellas watching basketball, couples, kids. The food: not your average burgers- these are creative and substantial. Like onion rings—so good! House made sides! We ate well. Did I mention cocktails? Try the Brandy Manhattan — a Wisconsin classic.
Also a jukebox!

While I have only ever had take out from here, the atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice. For me, my go to is the Friday night Fish Fry. A good size order and great flavor. Pair it with a side of their large cheese curds. The curds are big and just full of cheesy goodness.
I have had the chicken tender melt as well and it’s definitely a solid sandwich. Ribs and chicken on Sunday is a good choice too.

Great spot for a weeknight dinner with the family or for takeout when you don’t feel like cooking.

Played pool league there and had a great time. Great atmosphere, wood fireplace going all night in the bar area. Just had apps which were delicious.

Lovely atmosphere, great service, good food. You HAVE to get the cheese curds and mushrooms every time. Enjoy yourselves, we sure did.

We attended a family celebration at the Grill today and sure had a great time. The bartender shook up some fancy drinks made with Wisconsin products and the waitstaff was excellent along with the meal. Thumbs UP

This is THE place to go if you love a cozy atmosphere. I could go on and on about to welcoming and homey environment in this bar. My boyfriend and I come here every year on our vacation up from Illinois, and we always have excellent service. The food is always excellent as well. Overall great place to go!

Delicious cod fish dinner and ribeye with homemade chips. Of course, dessert lava cake with vanilla ice cream.

Beer battered bacon deep fried with a bourbon glaze, giant delicious cheese curds and that's just 2 appetizers. I live locally and have a little bias but I really like this restaurant and I think you will to. The food is great and service is very friendly. I hope you have as good of an experience as I have many times.

I ordered the fish tonight and was not disappointed! It was fabulous, and the home made tartar was awesome. I love eating here, the atmosphere is great and you always get a happy welcome greeting when you arrive. My drink was delish and the service was on point! Definitely recommend stopping by if you haven't or even if you have 😍

We just had dinner at the Cedar Lake Grill for the second time. The food is amazing and the menu is varied. They allowed us to sit outside even though it wasn’t the most convenient for them. Kim waited on our table and she did a superb job with a great attitude. The atmosphere inside is clean and welcoming. My new favorite restaurant!

Great place!! The giant pretzel is incredible and the flat breads are delicious (and huge!). The salmon is great and they have a good Friday fish fry too. Incredible friendly service and a great overall vibe. We will for sure be back!

Phenomenal people, atmosphere and great food! We are the couple that bought the clock w/ducks, loons and crappie wall hangings. Would love a picture of the wonderful pan who created them. Please respond. Btw, will be coming back up in approximately a year bringing our family. We'll be back!

Always a delight when i come in, love the guest service my wife and I get everytime we eat here. Cheese curds are phenomenal, I always get them every time we dine in and if I can afford it I like to bring some home! They are that good to me! Thank you for the awesome services you provide!

My husband and I stopped in for a drink while waiting for a shuttle to a local resort. We had a beer and a conversation with one of the family members who own this place. It was so charming, we decided to return for dinner.

We had been staying at the nearby resort and were getting a little burned out on the indifferent service in the resort restaurant. We came back on a Saturday evening, and it was everything we were hoping for and more. If you're looking for great cocktails (yes, even in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin), a varied and flexible American menu with options for everyone, friendly and speedy service, and great food in a cozy atmosphere in a family owned restaurant, this is the place for you. They have a great digital jukebox and local sports on big flat screen TVs. Is this heaven? No, it's Cedar Lake Grill in Wisconsin.

We both had steaks, a little pricey but well worth the trip. The staff is always friendly and does go the extra mile for the customers.

Pleasantly surprised with the changes in the decor. I've been visiting Mikana for over 50yrs. I'm thrilled with the direction the new owners are heading. It's a great atmosphere, great food reasonably priced and fun, friendly employees. We can't wait to get back there and see what more new ideas they are pursuing.

Great place!! Atmosphere is so nice and very clean! The food was excellent, best I've had up north! Josh was a doll and a great bartender! Try the Winerita, you won't regret it!!
