Not the best car dealers!

If I could give a negative 5 rating I would. joanna and Marco are unbelievably unprofessional. They are very inconsiderate to your time and life. If something goes wrong with them everything will get put on hold. They won’t call you , text you or anything they will just leave you clueless. They lack communication terribly. I had came to North and South Auto to put a security deposit down on a vehicle that I saw posted on Offer Up. They agreed to fix some issues the car had and to make sure it was in the best condition when I make the purchase. They had changed the date that my car was supposed to be finished and ready to be purchase on at least 6 different occasions. Then told me I was wrong when I called and asked was it finished. They constantly ignored my calls. So I looked the company up on google to try and find a different number to get in touch with someone,and the number online wasn’t in service. So that was a big red flag for me. I was so fed up and frustrated with the company to the point that I didn’t even want to do business with them anymore and told joanna to give me my money back,and she told me that I broke contract by not buying the car so she wasn’t trying to give me my full amount of my money back. She finally gave me my money back after like 3 weeks. I was working on doing a transaction with the company for at least over a month and still didn’t have a car. I have friends who came to the company looking for a car and experienced the same kind of treatment if not worse. This company is a joke don’t waste your time or your money on them.

Bad place to buy a car. , bought my son a car from there , just found out it was in a bad accident. It look good , the mileage was low , They didn’t tell us about the accident. Found out by when I wash the car at a car wash , which loose in the back tail light. That they try to fix Now water get into the Trunk of the car.
Look be hind the panel in the trunk. It was so bad.
Now I have to paid a guy to Seal the trunk.
DONT BUY A CAR FROM THERE !!!!!

My in law bought a car from this dealer. They took advantage of him by claiming the vehicle had a different milage than it actually had. Legally he was scammed and since the contract was signed without any indicated milage there is nothing he is able to do but finish paying off an over price vehicle. He will also have a hard time trading in or selling the vehicle because the record does not match what the odometer reads. Buy at your own risk and be sure to ask for the car faxs before any final purchases.

North& South ..Is the worst place ever to purchase a vehicle DONT BUY THE CHEVY EQUINOX after three months over a thousand dollars in repairs out of own pocket the car is still failing to pass Delaware inspection, salvage title,brakes Abs lights on ,traction control isnt working smoking from passenger side brakes so bad people behind me at a light thought the car was on fire. The Front end shakes bad was told control arm and bearings needs alignment wrong size tires on vehicle when sold to me, had to go to junk yard myself to get Seat belt clip because seat belt would not latch and one salemen Abdul does not respect females at all instead of helping me i was told get the F off the property .I would not suggest this place at all instead i am writing a letter to better business bureau and going to see if Delaware Change Their Lemon Laws ...

Marco was two hours late to our meeting, making me late for work. Instead of being apologetic, he got defensive. Terrible customer relations.

Horrible horrible place don't waste your time and money two of my friends got a car from this dealer first day driving it the car was shaking none stop we where told the car had no issues after a day my friend took the car back and said they did not want it the dealer said he would need a 1000$ to take the car back he said he would fix the problems with the car and they where never fixed,the dealer charged 657$ for the title and tag which was never received the temp tag ended up expiring, when trying to pay the last payment it took over a week to reach anyone there and couldn't leave voice messages when finally reaching someone they yelled and screamed we are not playing games hear over and over not even listening to what my friend had to say even though they where told they had two months to pay the last payment,my friends payed to have a extended warranty for the car and we where told the paperwork would arrive in the mail in a few days and it never did, it took three months to receive the title this is a horrible place there is definitely something illegal going on there DON'T GO THERE
